Definitions
- Tubeless heating insulating solar panel belongs to two product groups in the field of construction. Basically, the proposed type of solar panel belongs to the group of solar panels in which under the influence of sunlight some heating medium is heated and these solar panels are not of a vacuum type. Also, a tubeless heating heat-insulating solar panel also belongs to the group of heat-insulating materials, since one of the functions of this panel is to create a heat-insulating coating.
- the tubeless heating insulating solar panel has several design differences from currently existing similar products.
- the coolant is supplied to the panel itself through pipes, but entering the solar panel itself, the coolant no longer flows through the pipes.
- Inside the solar panel there are channels that are decorated with sides, partitions and the bottom of the solar panel. From the top, a transparent coating, lying on the sides and partitions, forms a closed space from the channels through which the coolant flows.
- the channels inside the solar panel are connected to the pipes through fittings that pass through the bottom and / or the housing of the solar panel. In this way, the coolant flows inside the solar panel directly below the transparent coating and heated by the sun on almost the entire surface of the solar panel.
- the solar panel In addition to heating the coolant, the solar panel performs the function of heat-insulating coating of the surface on which it is mounted.
- FIG. 4 Part of the solar panel - side view, detailed image of the connecting element, slots and mounting element.
- Figure 6 General view of the tubeless heating heat insulating solar panel.
- solar panel will mean the full name, namely, tubeless heating insulating solar panel.
- FIG. 1 and 2 shows the basic structure of the solar panel.
- the solar panel consists of three main parts, building 1; transparent coating 5 and thermal insulation 9.
- the housing 1 of the solar panel has its own separate parts.
- the housing 1 consists of individual elements, namely, partitions 2; board 3; bottom 4, connecting elements 6 and mounting elements 7.
- Housing 1 can be assembled from individual elements.
- partitions 2, board 3, connecting elements 6 and mounting elements 7 must be attached to the bottom 4. Attaching can be done by gluing, soldering, screwing, or in some other way.
- the housing 1 can be formed from a sheet of metal by pressing, molding plastic, as one solid body, or make it any other suitable way.
- the housing 1 in the finished form must meet the following requirements.
- the sides 3 and the bottom 4 should form a water-impervious bath. Inside this bath, the partitions should be located so that a channel forms with the beginning in one place of the solar panel and ends in some other place. Mounting elements 7 are located where necessary. The height of the partitions 2 and mounting elements 7 should correspond to the height of the sides 3.
- FIG. 1 shows a variant of a rectangular solar panel with a channel beginning in one corner (upper left corner) and an end in a diametrically opposite corner.
- a solar panel can be not only rectangular with a diametrical scheme the beginning and end of the channel, but with any other form and with a different channel scheme.
- connecting elements 6 represent a spatial tee for connecting the housing of the solar panel 1 to the pipes through which the coolant is supplied.
- One of the terminals of the connecting element 6 is connected to the housing 1 in which a hole is made for this purpose, as shown in FIG. 3 and 4.
- the other two ends are perpendicular to each other and relative to the sides of the solar panel.
- One of the ends of the connecting element b, which comes out of the solar panel, is connected to a pipe with a coolant, the other end can be used to mount a pressure gauge, thermometer, or just close with a plug 11.
- the transparent coating 5 should be at least two-layer. For this purpose, ready-made polycarbonate bilayer planes can be used. Glass can also be used, but with a glass coating, it is necessary to pre-punch holes in it that coincide with the mounting holes 8.
- the transparent coating 5 must be fixed and sealed to the peripheral part of the housing 1, so that with tightly closed connecting elements 6, inside the solar panel it was possible to withstand some pressure.
- the transparent coating 5 should fit snugly to the upper ends of the partitions 2.
- Figure 2 shows how the transparent coating 5 should lie on the body 1 and partitions 2.
- the reverse side of the bottom 4, the housing 1, is covered with a heat-insulating material.
- thermal insulation 9 fit snugly to the bottom 4, does not protrude from the physical dimensions of the housing 1 in length and width.
- the lower surface of the thermal insulation 9 should be flat and parallel to the bottom 4.
- a suitable material for thermal insulation 9 can be polystyrene foam, expansion foam, or some other material.
- the assembled solar panel can be mounted on an external wall, on a roof or on some other surface.
- Installation of the solar panel is carried out by screws, bolts, nails or some other elements through the mounting holes 8 and where they are, through the mounting elements 7.
- a heat-insulating coating of the surface on which it is mounted is formed.
- the coolant will flow from the connecting element 6 in the upper left corner to the exit of the solar panel in the lower right corner. During this movement, the coolant will be forced to pass along the entire surface of the solar panel, as shown by arrows 10. When passing through the entire surface of the solar panel, the coolant will absorb the maximum amount of solar energy. VI. APPENDIX tubeless heating insulating solar panel.
- Tubeless heating insulating solar panels are applicable for cladding facades and roofs of various purpose buildings - residential, commercial, office, warehouse, etc. Some parts of facades and roofs will not be suitable for these panels. But other parts, those that are heated by the Sun in sufficient quantities, will be a suitable place for installing solar thermal insulation panels.
- installing these solar thermal insulation panels at least two are combined in one construction operation. These two operations are as follows: installing separately the heat-insulating coating of the facade and / or roof and separately installing solar panels, if such are provided for in the project for this building project.
- solar thermal insulation panels there is no need to assemble and install a supporting frame, as is now done. This will reduce the persistence of construction work when there is a need to install solar panels.
- These solar thermal insulation panels can be installed both on already constructed buildings and in new construction. Also, these panels can only cover part of a facade. For example, to insulate a separate apartment in a large apartment building. Thus, when installing solar thermal insulation panels, an apartment, room or any other object will receive the necessary thermal insulation and an additional heat source, which can be used to heat the room and / or to heat hot water for domestic purposes.
