Abstract

L'invention concerne un matériau stratifié en forme de feuille (10) et un géoconteneur (24) produit à partir de celui-ci et conçu pour être mis en œuvre dans la prévention ou au moins l'atténuation de l'érosion, en particulier dans les espaces littoraux et les rivages maritimes et fluviaux, les récifs artificiels, les barrages, les lacs les installations de digues à rejets et similaires. Ledit matériau stratifié en forme de feuille (10) est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins trois couches, à savoir : une couche de piégeage (12) destinée à piéger le gravier, la terre, le sable ou des particules similaires; une couche filtrante (16) permettant le filtrage de l'eau et autres traces d'humidité à travers le matériau stratifié en feuille (10); et une couche de renforcement (14) disposée entre la couche de piégeage et la couche filtrante (12, 16) pour renforcer le matériau stratifié en forme de feuille (10), accroître la résistance au pelage entre la couche de piégeage (12, 16) et réduire l'allongement du matériau stratifié en forme de feuille (10). Le matériau stratifié en forme de feuille (10) comprend en outre des moyens de liaison [21] pour lier les couches de matériau les unes aux autres.
