Abstract
Description
超音波ホーンとホーンチップとの間にこれらを接続する接続部材を設け、
接続部材の一方側に、超音波ホーンの第1ねじ部に螺合する第3ねじ部を形成し、接続部材の他方側に、ホーンチップの第2ねじ部に螺合する第4ねじ部を形成し、
超音波ホーンの取付面とホーンチップの取付面とが互いに押圧されるように、超音波ホーンとホーンチップとを接続部材を介して接続することによって上記課題を解決する。
《第1実施形態》
図2Aは、本発明の第1実施形態に係る超音波ホーン3とホーンチップ4の取付構造を示す分解断面図であり、図1のII部に相当する断面図、図2Bは、図2Aの組付断面図、図2Cは、図2AのIIC矢視図(底面図)である。本実施形態の超音波ホーン3とホーンチップ4の取付構造は接続部材7を含んで構成されている。
図3Aは、本発明の第2実施形態に係る超音波ホーンとホーンチップの取付構造を示す分解断面図であり、図1のII部に相当する断面図、図3Bは、図3Aの組付断面図、図3Cは、図3BのIIIC部の拡大断面図である。本実施形態の超音波ホーン3とホーンチップ4の取付構造は、第1実施形態と同様に接続部材7を含んで構成されているが、その形状が相違する。
その他の構成は第1実施形態と基本的に同一であるため、図3A~図3Cに同一の符号を付し、その説明をここに援用する。
図4Aは、本発明の第3実施形態に係る超音波ホーンとホーンチップの取付構造を示す分解断面図であり、図1のII部に相当する断面図、図4Bは、図4Aの組付断面図である。本実施形態の超音波ホーン3とホーンチップ4の取付構造は、第1実施形態と同様に接続部材7を含んで構成されているが、その形状が相違するとともに、第1ねじ部33、第2ねじ部43、第3ねじ部71及び第4ねじ部72の構成が相違する。
図5Aは、本発明の第4実施形態に係る超音波ホーンとホーンチップの取付構造を示す分解断面図であり、図1のII部に相当する断面図、図5Bは、図5Aの組付断面図である。本実施形態の超音波ホーン3とホーンチップ4の取付構造は、第3実施形態と同様に接続部材7を含んで構成されているが、その形状が相違する。

Claims (9)
- 被接合材を超音波接合するための超音波接合装置であって、
先端部に取付面を有し、超音波振動が伝播される超音波ホーンと、
基端部に取付面を有し、前記被接合材に前記超音波振動を伝播するホーンチップと、
前記超音波ホーンと前記ホーンチップとの間に設けられ、これらを接続する接続部材と、を備え、
前記超音波ホーンの先端部に、第1ねじ部が形成され、
前記ホーンチップの基端部に、第2ねじ部が形成され、
前記接続部材の一方側に、前記第1ねじ部に螺合する第3ねじ部が形成され、
前記接続部材の他方側に、前記第2ねじ部に螺合する第4ねじ部が形成され、
前記超音波ホーンの取付面と前記ホーンチップの取付面とが互いに押圧されるように、前記超音波ホーンと前記ホーンチップとが、前記接続部材を介して接続されている超音波接合装置。 - 前記第1ねじ部及び前記第2ねじ部が雌ねじで構成され、前記第3ねじ部及び前記第4ねじ部が雄ねじで構成されている請求項1に記載の超音波接合装置。
- 前記第1ねじ部及び前記第2ねじ部が雄ねじで構成され、前記第3ねじ部及び前記第4ねじ部が雌ねじで構成されている請求項1に記載の超音波接合装置。
- 前記第1ねじ部の長さは、前記第3ねじ部の長さより長く形成され、
前記第2ねじ部の長さは、前記第4ねじ部の長さより長く形成されている請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の超音波接合装置。 - 前記接続部材は、前記第1ねじ部と前記第2ねじ部のみからなる筒状部材で構成され、
前記超音波ホーンの取付面と前記ホーンチップの取付面とが直接的に接触して互いに押圧されるように、前記超音波ホーンと前記ホーンチップとが、前記接続部材を介して接続されている請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の超音波接合装置。 - 前記接続部材は、前記第1ねじ部と前記第2ねじ部との間に、一対の面を有する板状の板部を含み、
前記板部の一方の面と前記超音波ホーンの取付面とが接触し、前記板部の他方の面と前記ホーンチップの取付面とが接触し、前記超音波ホーンの取付面と前記ホーンチップの取付面とが、前記板部を介して互いに間接的に押圧されるように、前記超音波ホーンと前記ホーンチップとが、前記接続部材を介して接続されている請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の超音波接合装置。 - 前記超音波ホーンの取付面の前記第1ねじ部の縁部に第1環状傾斜面が形成され、
前記ホーンチップの取付面の前記第2ねじ部の縁部に第2環状傾斜面が形成され、
前記板部と前記第3ねじ部との境界部に第1湾曲面が形成され、
前記板部と前記第4ねじ部との境界部に第2湾曲面が形成されている請求項6に記載の超音波接合装置。 - 前記ホーンチップの先端面は、円形に形成されている請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の超音波接合装置。
- 前記超音波ホーンの先端部に、前記第3ねじ部の軸方向の長さと等しい深さであって、前記第3ねじ部が形成された接続部材の断面積と等しい断面積を有する第1凹部が形成され、
前記ホーンチップの基端部に、前記第4ねじ部の軸方向の長さと等しい深さであって、前記第4ねじ部が形成された接続部材の断面積と等しい断面積を有する第2凹部が形成されている請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の超音波接合装置。
