Abstract
La présente invention concerne un plateau jetable (10) destiné à recevoir des aliments en général (AL), tels que des aliments "frais" ou traités au minimum, tels que des fruits, de la viande rouge et blanche, des légumes, de la verdure, entre autres ; ledit plateau (10) comprend une base (20) à partir de laquelle une paroi périphérique (21) est développée, configurée par un arc souple (21a) concordant avec une extension rectiligne (21b) dans laquelle une corniche environnante est développée à partir du bord (21c) ; ledit plateau (10) est composé d'un polymère transparent ou d'un autre matériau similaire avec la base (20) conçue pour retenir et séparer le jus organique (SG) provenant de l'aliment réservé (AL), de manière à composer un plan sec (P1) de contact, dans lequel l'aliment (AL) est supporté ; le plan sec (P1) de la base de retenue (20) est formé par l'espacement (e) entre de multiples micro-évidements juxtaposés (22) de profondeurs identiques (x) et des parois périphériques coniques (22a) formant une région "du type ruche" (CM), conçue pour retenir le jus organique (SG) et pour séparer celui-ci de l'aliment (AL) reçu sur le plateau (10) ; lesdits micro-évidements (22) sont présentés avec des zones identiques entre eux et avec des bords rectilignes (22b) qui composent l'ouverture pratiquée sur le côté plat (fp) de la base (20), ainsi que des bases internes (22d) légèrement angulaires (α) ; les profondeurs identiques (x) de chaque micro-évidement (22) configurent la base linéaire (BL) pour le support avec le plan de support (pa) ; lesdits micro-évidements (22) sont équidistants les uns des autres, formant des rangées (f1) et des colonnes (c1) ; la forme périphérique du plateau (10) peut être rectangulaire, circulaire, hexagonale, quadrangulaire, etc.
