  • the sensor 104 is able to detect the position of the rotary screw 115 in order to determine the level of fluid in the container 114 As the fluid is dispensed, the rotary screw 115 moves to the bottom of the container 114 and when the fluid is depleted, the sensor 104 will send a signal back to the controller 150 to alert the user. The user then replaces the dispensing mechanism 140 to refill the fluid.
  • the dispensing mechanism 140 further comprises of a container 114 with two ends that is used for storing the fluid for dispensing wherein the container 114 is made of stainless steel or plastic.
  • the container 114 of the present invention is manufactured with a variable measurement that is able to contain fluid of varied volume.
  • One end of the container 114 is built in a way that it allows fluid insertion whereas the other is a tapered end to form a tip 109.
  • the tip 109 of the container 114 has ridged features to allow a cap to be screwed on when the tool 100 is not in use for dispensing.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un outil de distribution de fluide qui peut être configuré pour distribuer et retirer un fluide de viscosité variée, comprenant un actionneur 106 qui reçoit un signal provenant d'un dispositif de commande 150 afin de distribuer un fluide par le biais d'un mouvement de rotation contrôlé ou fixe. Le plongeur 112 joue un rôle important dans l'entraînement de distribution et de retrait de précision du fluide, la rotation du plongeur 112 permettant de linéariser la force de frottement à partir du mouvement de rotation pour une distribution de précision. Le composant clé est apte à permettre à la vis rotative 115 d'être fixée pour permettre une distribution et une retrait efficaces de fluide pour éviter une fuite de fluide.
