Abstract
Description
このような効用をもたらすような発熱性の製剤として、ゼオライトや多価アルコールを含有する組成物を皮膚に適用し、皮膚の水分と反応させて発熱させる組成物が開発されている(例えば、特許文献1~特許文献3参照。)。これらの製剤は、主にチューブ等に充填されて保存されているところ、キャップの開封時等に空気中の水分をゼオライトや多価アルコールが吸着する場合があり、保存安定性に問題があった。また、皮膚に存在する水分量には限りがあり、温感インパクトが低いものであった。
また、本発明者らは温感組成物をエアゾール製剤として使用することを検討したところ、エアゾール製剤は、組成物を噴射剤により噴射させるための吐出機構を有するが、ゼオライトを用いたエアゾール製剤では、粉体であるゼオライトが吐出機構を詰まらせるという問題があった(第2の課題)。
本発明はこれらの課題を解決するものである。
少なくとも平均粒子径が500nm以下のゼオライトナノ粒子を含有する、温感組成物である。
前記温感組成物は、更に多価アルコールを含むことが好ましい。
少なくとも平均粒子径が500nm以下のゼオライトナノ粒子を含有する組成物を有する第1組成物を格納した第1容器と、少なくとも水を有する第2組成物を格納した第2容器とが、吐出機構を備えた吐出容器内に格納されるとともに、吐出容器内と第1容器及び第2容器との間に形成される空間に噴射剤が充填されたエアゾール製剤である。
前記第1組成物は、更に多価アルコールを含むことが好ましく、前記第1組成物を含有する第1組成物を格納した第1容器が、吐出機構を備えた吐出容器内に格納されるとともに、吐出容器内において第1容器と吐出容器の隔壁との間に形成される空間に噴射剤が充填され、前記第1容器の充填物と前記第2容器の充填物と、を同時に吐出させるものであることが好ましい。
少なくとも平均粒子径が500nm以下のゼオライトナノ粒子を含有する組成物を含有する第1組成物を格納した第1容器が、吐出機構を備えた吐出容器内に格納されるとともに、吐出容器内において第1容器と吐出容器の隔壁との間に形成される空間に噴射剤が充填されたエアゾール製剤である。
前記第1組成物は、更に多価アルコールを含むことが好ましい。

前記第1組成物は、更に多価アルコールを含むことが好ましい。
また、本発明のエアゾール製剤は、吐出機構の詰まり、及び保存中における空気中の水分と温感組成物中のゼオライトとの反応の亢進を防ぐことができる。さらにエアゾール容器において、温感組成物及び水を含む組成物をそれぞれ別の空間に封入して、噴射によりそれらの組成物を混合させることで、皮膚に存在する水分量によらず温感インパクトを向上させることができる。
平均粒子径は、後に詳述するが、走査型電子顕微鏡により測定される数平均粒子径の値である。
International Zeolite Association(国際ゼオライト学会)に登録されている骨格の内、Si02/Al2O3比が40以下、好ましくは20以下、より好ましくは6以下のものが挙げられる。
温感組成物に用いられる多価アルコールの具体例としては、例えばプロピレングリコール(PG)、1,3-ブチレングリコール(BG)、ポリエチレングリコール(PEG)、グリセリン、ポリグリセリンなどの常温(温度20℃)で液状のものが挙げられる。これらは、1種を単独で用いることもできるが、2種以上を組合せて用いることができる。
これらのうちでは、温感組成物に十分な温感作用が得られることから、ポリエチレングリコールが好ましい。また、ポリエチレングリコールとしては、平均分子量が1000以下のものを含むことが好ましく、平均分子量が1000より大きいのものを併用してもよい。
増粘剤または分散剤の例としては、天然高分子、合成高分子、界面活性剤、無機微粒子(微粒化した無機物質および層状化合物)が好ましく用いられ、具体的には、キサンタンガム、カルボマー、非イオン界面活性剤、フュームドシリカである。これらは、1種を単独で用いることもできるが、2種以上を組合せて用いることもできる。増粘剤は、親水性でも疎水性でもよい。
また、調製後の温感組成物の粘度は、試料を20℃に設定してB型粘度計で測定した値が、通常1~100000mPa・sであり、下限は好ましくは100mPa・s以上であり、より好ましくは1000mPa・s以上であり、また、上限は好ましくは70000mPa・s以下であり、より好ましくは50000mPa・s以下である。
なお、多価アルコールにポリエチレングリコールを用いる場合には、増粘剤はフュームドシリカを用いることが好ましい。フュームドシリカは、親水性でも疎水性でもよい。
この実施形態において、組成物中のPEG含有量は通常10質量%以上であり、好ましくは30質量%以上、より好ましくは50質量%以上である。
本実施形態で用いるフュームドシリカは、平均粒子径が通常5~50nmであり、好ましくは10~30nmのものを用いられる。なお、平均粒子径は、透過型電子顕微鏡を用いて測定される値である。
これらの物性を満たすフュームドシリカの例としては、AEROSIL(登録商標)200(日本アエロジル社製)が市販されている。
エステル類は、特に人体用に適用する場合には、保湿剤あるいはエモリエント剤等の使用感改良剤などとして作用する。
第2組成物における増粘剤の含有量が上記範囲内である場合、特に人体用に適用する際に、ベタツキ感などが生じず、良好な使用感が得られる。
油性成分としては、オリーブ油、大豆油、ゴマ油、ナタネ油、アボカド油、ヒマシ油などの油脂;ミツロウ、カルナウバロウ、ホホバ油などのロウ;セチルアルコール、ステアリルアルコール、オレイルアルコール、ベヘニルアルコール、ラウリルアルコール、ミリスチルアルコールなどの高級アルコール;パラフィン、ポリイソブテン、スクワラン、ワセリンなどの炭化水素;ラウリン酸、ミリスチン酸、パルミチン酸、ステアリン酸、オレイン酸などの高級脂肪酸;アジピン酸イソプロピル、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル、ステアリン酸ステアリル、パルミチン酸イソプロピルなどのエステル;ジメチルポリシロキサン、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン、ポリエーテル変性ポリシロキサン、アルキル変性ポリシロキサンなどのシリコーン;エチレングリコール、グリセリンなどの多価アルコール;が例示される。
また、温感組成物を充填する容器は、公知の容器を使用することができる。具体的には、チューブ、ポンプ、エアゾール容器などを使用できる。
圧縮ガスは特段限定されないが、上記のとおり安全性の観点から、可燃性ではないガスを用いることが好ましい。具体的には、二酸化炭素、窒素、亜酸化窒素などがあげられる。
具体的には、化粧用クリーム、パック剤およびファンデーション等の化粧料、シェービングクリーム、洗顔料などのトイレタリー用品として用いることができる。
ゼオライトナノ粒子は、電界放出型走査電子顕微鏡(装置名:FE-SEM, JSM-7000F, JEOL製)を用いて、試料の観察を行った。無作為に計測した30個以上の一次粒子の水平フェレ径を測定し、その算術平均値を平均粒径とした。また、フュームドシリカは、透過型電子顕微鏡を用いて同様に測定を行った。
表1に示す含有量(%)で各成分を混合して温感ジェルである実施例1~4並びに比較例1及び2を製造した。

ゼオライトミクロン粒子を含む温感組成物(比較例1及び2)は1年以内に完全に沈降したが、ゼオライトナノ粒子を23.1質量%含む温感組成物(実施例2及び4)は3年間相当の静置でもほぼ沈降が認められなかった。また、ゼオライトナノ粒子でも平均粒子径が小さいほど、含有量が多いほど温感組成物の分散安定性が向上することが確認された。
実施例1のAEROSIL200に替えて、以下の表2に示す増粘剤を用いて温感組成物を調製した。結果、いずれの増粘剤を用いた場合でもポリエチレングリコールには溶解せず、液状媒体の増粘は認められなかった。
表3に示す成分を混合して温感ジェル1~15を製造した。昇温試験は、図5に示すような測定装置を用いて環境温度を25℃前後に調整して行った。温感ジェル1~15をそれぞれ5ccとってサンプル瓶に投入して断熱材で保温した。温度センサーを投入し、バイブレーターを運転させて熱電対を使用した温度計測を5秒間隔で開始した。精製水5ccをサンプル瓶に投入してバイブレーターで混合液を撹拌しながら温感ジェルと精製水の混合による温度変化を経時的に測定した。温感ジェル1~6についての結果を図6に示す。ゼオライトナノ粒子を含む温感組成物でゼオライトミクロン粒子配合品と同等の温感が得られることが判る。結果は示していないが、温感ジェル7~15についてもゼオライトミクロン粒子配合品と同等の温感が得られた。
実施例2のPEGをグリセリン69.2質量%に替えて、実施例5の温感組成物を調製し、実施例2、比較例2とともに、水と混合後の組成物の物性を評価した。実施例2は水と混合後に増粘して使用感が向上した。一方、比較例2は水と混合後に増粘は認められず、ゼオライト特有の質感(ザラザラ感)が生じた。また、実施例5は水と混合後に粘度の変化は見られなかったが、人体の皮膚に適用するのに十分な質感であった。
第1組成物として実施例1、第2組成物として水系ジェルを充填したエアゾール製剤(実施例6)、実施例6の第1組成物を比較例1に替えたエアゾール製剤(比較例3)を室温にて正立および倒立保存し、1週間毎に約1秒噴射して詰まり、漏れ、第1及び第2組成物の混合組成物の異常について評価した。
結果、実施例6では正立および倒立保存、共に12週間後でも詰まり、漏れがなく、良好な質感の混合組成物を調製可能であった。一方、比較例3では倒立保存品の2週間後に詰まりが発生した。また、正立保存品については12週間後でも詰まり、漏れはなかったものの、1週間後には第1組成物に含まれる粉体が沈降し、人体の皮膚に適用するのに十分な温感が得られなかった。

- 更に多価アルコールを含む、請求項1に記載の温感組成物。
- 更に増粘剤又は分散剤を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の温感組成物。
- 前記温感組成物がジェル剤形またはクリーム剤形である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の温感組成物。
- 少なくとも請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物を含有する第1組成物を格納した第1容器と、少なくとも水を含有する第2組成物を格納した第2容器とが、吐出機構を備えた吐出容器内に格納されるとともに、吐出容器内と第1容器及び第2容器との間に形成される空間に噴射剤が充填されたエアゾール製剤。
- 少なくとも請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物を含有する第1組成物を格納した第1容器が、吐出機構を備えた吐出容器内に格納されるとともに、吐出容器内において第1容器と吐出容器の隔壁との間に形成される空間に噴射剤が充填されたエアゾール製剤。
- 前記吐出機構は、前記第1容器の充填物と前記第2容器の充填物と、を同時に吐出させるものである、請求項6に記載のエアゾール製剤。
- 少なくとも平均粒子径が500nm以下のゼオライトナノ粒子を含有する第1組成物を充填した第1容器と、少なくとも水を含有する第2組成物を充填した第2容器とが、吐出機構を備えた吐出容器内に格納されるとともに、吐出容器と第1容器及び第2容器との間に形成される空間に噴射剤が充填されたエアゾール製剤であって、
前記噴射剤により吐出された前記第1組成物と前記第2組成物とが接触することで熱を発生する、エアゾール製剤。
