Abstract

Rotor pour une pompe à engrenages comprenant : un rotor intérieur qui comporte n dents (n étant un nombre entier supérieur ou égal à 2) tournées vers l'extérieur ; et un rotor extérieur qui est une forme annulaire entourant la périphérie du rotor intérieur, est positionné de manière excentrique par rapport au rotor intérieur, et comporte (n+1) dents tournées vers l'intérieur. Un premier élément du rotor intérieur et du rotor extérieur comprend un groupe de sections de fond de dents ayant chacune un bord le long d'une première courbe de réglage, et un groupe de sections de pointe de dents ayant chacune un bord le long d'une seconde courbe de réglage qui est différente de la première courbe de réglage, lesdites courbes de réglage étant des enveloppes qui sont obtenues par le déplacement d'un cercle de formage le long d'une courbe trochoïde sur la base d'un cercle de base, ledit cercle de formage étant plus petit que le cercle de base.
