Definitions
- the present invention relates to an open indwelling needle, and more particularly to an indwelling catheter assembly with repeated anti-blood reflux.
- An indwelling catheter assembly of an open type indwelling needle in the prior art is composed of a catheter 4 and a catheter hub 1 as shown in Fig. 1.
- the catheter 4 is inserted and fixed in the catheter hub 1, and the rear end of the catheter hub 1 is open.
- the connector is inserted and fixed from the rear end of the catheter hub 1, and the infusion tube is connected to the catheter hub 1 and the catheter 4 through the joint to realize infusion.
- the distal blood vessel of the puncture point is pressed by the finger pressure method to block the blood flow before the needle is withdrawn, and then the needle tube is withdrawn, and the joint needs to be realized immediately.
- the object of the present invention is to overcome the deficiencies of the prior art and to provide a repetitive anti-blood countercurrent indwelling catheter assembly that is easy to handle, does not cause clotting, and does not bleed to the outside world.
- the object of the present invention is achieved by the following route.
- the device has a repetitive anti-blood counterflow indwelling catheter assembly, including a catheter and a catheter hub, the catheter is inserted and fixed in the catheter hub, and the rear end of the catheter adapter is open, and the main point of the assembly is that it further comprises a normally closed valve and is used for opening the normally closed
- the switch member of the valve is plugged and fixed in the inner cavity of the catheter seat.
- the catheter is located in front of the normally closed valve, and the needle tube before the puncture operation penetrates into the valve cavity of the normally closed valve.
- the object of the present invention can be achieved by the following means.
- the switch member When the connection is required for the infusion operation, the switch member can be used to open the valve.
- Switching members of normally closed valves are common in the prior art and can be utilized as long as they are applicable in the present invention. The following are two unique modes of the present invention: a sleeve is sleeved in a valve chamber of a normally closed valve, and the sleeve is pushed forward to push the valve under external force, or the sleeve is normally placed in the valve chamber as a single member. And as a valve core of a normally closed valve or the sleeve is fixedly integrated with the joint and located at the front end of the joint.
- the front part of the joint can push the sleeve of the single component to push the valve forward; if the sleeve is integrally formed with the joint, the joint accessed by the insertion is completed. While being connected to the catheter hub, the valve is pushed open by the sleeve at the front.
- the normally closed valve is a ball head seal, and the ball head is cut through the circumferential direction into 3-8 petals, so that the ball head forms a corresponding 3-8 flap normally closed valve piece.
- the seal is made of an elastic plastic material, and even if it is cut into a flap, it is still elastic and remains normally closed.
- the normally closed valve is directly made of a sealing member, which can conveniently realize the effect of the normally closed valve, and at the same time solve the sealing problem of the valve and the inner cavity of the catheter seat, and has a simple structure.
- the thickness of the ball head should also have a certain size. Too thick may have a good effect on the needle but the resistance to the needle tube forming the puncture operation is large.
- the head wall may be a structure that is gradually thickened from a middle point to an edge. Applicants believe that the following thickness dimensions are preferred:
- the thickness of the ball head is: 0.4 mm to 1.0 mm.
- the normally closed valve is a ball head seal, and the ball head is cut into four petals in a circumferential direction by a cross, so that the ball head forms a corresponding four-valve normally closed valve piece, and the periphery of the sealing member has a flange extending along the circumferential direction and The sleeve is fixed by the engagement of the flange with the corresponding annular groove in the lumen of the catheter hub, and a small valve plug is inserted into the inner cavity of the sealing member.
- the ferrule is made of the front sleeve and the rear Ministry
- the flange is composed of a sleeve sliding in a valve cavity formed by the inner cavity of the sealing member, the front end of the sleeve is a tapered end, the cone end of the valve core is close to the inner wall of the sealing ball, and the inserted joint is in contact with the valve core.
- the sleeve advances to push open the 4-valve normally closed valve piece.
- the valve core flange and the rear end surface of the sealing member are closely attached, and the valve core has a through-liquid through hole, and the needle tube before the puncture operation runs through Through the liquid through hole.
- the present invention has the following advantages over the prior art: easy operation, no clotting phenomenon, no blood spill to the outside, and simple structure, the normally closed valve can be repeatedly used, and the infusion needle needs to be repeatedly replaced. Requirements for the use of the joint.

- FIG. 2 and 3 there is a repetitive anti-blood countercurrent indwelling catheter assembly comprising a catheter 4, a catheter hub 1, a normally closed valve 2 and a valve cartridge 3, the catheter 4 being inserted and fixed in the catheter hub 1, the catheter socket 1 rear end Open, the spool 3 is a switch member for opening the normally closed valve 2, and the normally closed valve 2 is plugged and fixed in the rear inner cavity of the catheter hub 1, and the conduit 4 is located in front of the normally closed valve 2.
- the normally closed valve 2 is a ball head seal, and the ball head 2.1 is cut into four petals by a cross in the circumferential direction.
- the ball head 2.1 is formed into a corresponding four-valve normally closed valve plate 2.5, the periphery of the seal having a circumferentially extending flange 2.2 and through which the engagement of the flange 2.2 with the corresponding annular groove 1.1 in the lumen of the catheter hub 1
- a small valve core 3 is inserted into the inner cavity of the sealing member, the butyl valve core is composed of a front sleeve and a rear flange, and the sleeve is sleeved in the inner cavity of the sealing member.
- the front end of the sleeve has a tapered end, and the tapered end of the valve core 3 is close to the inner wall of the ball head of the sealing member, and the sleeve is pushed forward by the external force of the inserted joint on the top of the valve core flange.
- the 4-valve normally closed valve piece 2.5 at this time, the flange of the valve core 3 is closely attached to the rear end surface of the sealing member, and the valve core has a through-liquid through hole, and the needle tube before the puncture operation penetrates through the through-liquid through hole.
- the needle When the indwelling needle is successfully inserted into the tube, the needle can be directly withdrawn, and the spherical valve piece 2.5 on the sealing member is quickly closed under the elastic recovery of the material itself, and the blood pressure is pressed against the spherical surface, so that the valve piece 2.5 is pressed in the middle. In this way, the airtightness between the valve sheets is better, and the blood does not flow out of the catheter hub 1.
- the joint is inserted. As shown in Fig.
- the front end face of the male joint abuts against the flange face of the valve core 3, pushing the valve core 3 forward, and the front end of the valve core 3 is squeezed open by the valve piece 2.5, so that the joint is inside
- the cavity is connected to the lumen of the catheter hub 1 and the catheter 4 through the through hole of the valve body 3, and the liquid can be infused.
