Abstract
一种开放式留置针,特别是一种反复防血液逆流留置导管组件,包括导管(4)和导管座(1),导管(4)插置并固定在导管座(1)中,导管座(1)后端开放,该反复防血液逆流留置导管组件还包括一种常闭阀门(2)和用于打开此常闭阀门(2)的开关构件(3),此常闭阀门(2)塞装并固定在导管座(1)后部内腔中,导管(4)位于此常闭阀门(2)的前方,穿刺作业前的针管贯穿于此常闭阀门(2)的阀腔中。相比现有技术,其具有如下优点:便于操作,不会产生凝液现象,不会溢血至外界,而且结构简单,常闭阀门(2)可以反复使用,满足留置针需反复更换输液接头的使用要求。
Description
本发明涉及一种开放式留置针,特别是一种具反复防血液逆流留置导管组件。
现有技术中的一种开放式留置针的留置导管组件如图1所示,由导管4和导管座1组成,导管4插置并固定在导管座1中,导管座1后端开放,当针管穿刺成功后从导管4以及导管座1内腔中拔出后,接头将从导管座1后端插入并固定,输液管具通过接头与导管座1、导管4连通实现输液。通常开放式留置针在穿刺置管成功以后,在撤出针管之前,都要靠指压法压住穿刺点远端血管进行阻断血液流动,然后再撤出针管,并同时还需要立即实现接头与导管座的插置固定,以防止血液通过导管流入导管座内腔。但是这样的操作繁琐,即便是熟练护士也会时常操作不当,血液就会通过导管流入导管座内腔并通过导管座的后端与空气接触产生凝液,这种凝血要是在随后输液被输回血管,存在产生血栓隐患,要是溢血严重,甚至通过导管座后端流出到外界,污染环境。
发明构成
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,而提供一种便于操作,不会产生凝液现象,不会溢血至外界的具反复防血液逆流留置导管组件。
本发明的目的是通过以下途径来实现的。
具反复防血液逆流留置导管组件,包括导管和导管座,导管插置并固定在导管座中,导管座后端开放,其组成要点在于:还包括一种常闭阀门和用于打开此常闭阀门的开关构件,此常闭阀门塞装并固定在导管座后部内腔中,导管位于此常闭阀门的前方,穿刺作业前的针管贯穿于此常闭阀门的阀腔中。
这样,因是常闭阀门,完成穿刺作业的针管撤离后,阀门自动关闭,堵绝了血液从导管座后端溢出,也杜绝了血液与导管座外的空气接触,从而使凝血现象不再发生。
本发明的目的是可以通过以下途径来实现。
当接上接头需要进行输液作业时,此时可以使用开关构件打开阀门。常闭阀门的开关构件现有技术中常见,只要可以适用在本发明中均可以利用。以下是本发明两种特有的方式:一种套管滑套在常闭阀门的阀腔中,在外力作用下,套管前移推开阀门,或者此套管作为单一构件常置在阀腔中并作为常闭阀门的阀芯或者此套管与接头固接一体并位于接头的前端。
这样,接头从导管座后端插置接入时,接头前部可以推动单一构件的此套管向前推开阀门;若是此套管与接头一体构造,则由插置接入的接头在完成与导管座接驳的同时由其前部的套管推开阀门。
常闭阀门现有技术中常见,只要可以适用在本发明中均可以利用。以下是本发明特有的一种方式:
常闭阀门是一种球头密封件,球头沿周向被贯穿切成3-8瓣,使球头形成相应的3-8瓣常闭阀片。
密封件是弹性塑件材料制成,即使切制成瓣,也依然弹支成原样而保持常闭。
常闭阀门直接用密封件做成,既能方便实现常闭阀门的效果,又同时解决阀门与导管座内腔的密封问题,且结构简单。
为使弹支成原样的效果更好,除了密封件的材质合适以外,球头的厚度还应有一定的尺寸,太厚也许弹支效果好但对穿刺作业的针管形成的阻力较大,球头壁体可以是一种由中间点至边缘由薄逐渐变厚构造。申请人认为,以下的厚度尺寸是优选的:
球头的厚度是:0.4毫米~1.0毫米。
申请人认为,以下是本发明的优选方案:
常闭阀门是一种球头密封件,球头沿周向被十字贯穿切成4瓣,使球头形成相应的4瓣常闭阀片,密封件外围具有沿周向延伸分布的凸缘并通过此凸缘与导管座内腔中的相应环形凹槽的嵌接而与导管座固定,在密封件内腔插接一丁形阀芯,此丁形阀芯由前部的套管和后部的
凸缘组成,套管滑套在密封件内腔所形成的阀腔中,套管前端呈一锥端,阀芯锥端靠近密封件球头内壁,在插置进来的接头顶触在阀芯凸缘的外力作用下,套管前移推开4瓣常闭阀片,此时阀芯凸缘与密封件后端面紧贴,阀芯有一过液通孔,穿刺作业前的针管贯穿于此过液通孔中。
综上所述,本发明相比现有技术具有如下优点:便于操作,不会产生凝液现象,不会溢血至外界,而且结构简单,常闭阀门可以反复使用,满足留置针需反复更换输液接头的使用要求。

最佳实施例:
参照图2和图3,具反复防血液逆流留置导管组件,包括导管4、导管座1、常闭阀门2和阀芯3,导管4插置并固定在导管座1中,导管座1后端开放,阀芯3是用于打开此常闭阀门2的开关构件,此常闭阀门2塞装并固定在导管座1后部内腔中,导管4位于此常闭阀门2的前方。
参照图4-图8,常闭阀门2是一种球头密封件,球头2.1沿周向被十字贯穿切成4瓣,
使球头2.1形成相应的4瓣常闭阀片2.5,密封件外围具有沿周向延伸分布的凸缘2.2并通过此凸缘2.2与导管座1内腔中的相应环形凹槽1.1的嵌接而与导管座1固定,在密封件内腔插接一丁形阀芯3,此丁形阀芯由前部的套管和后部的凸缘组成,套管滑套在密封件内腔所形成的阀腔中,套管前端呈一锥端,阀芯3锥端靠近密封件球头内壁,在插置进来的接头顶触在阀芯凸缘的外力作用下,套管前移推开4瓣常闭阀片2.5,此时阀芯3凸缘与密封件后端面紧贴,阀芯有一过液通孔,穿刺作业前的针管贯穿于此过液通孔中。
当留置针穿刺置管成功后,可以直接撤出针管,密封件上球形阀片2.5在自身材料弹性恢复作用下,迅速闭合,再加上血液血压压迫球面,令阀片2.5往中间挤压,如此阀片间密闭性更好,血液也就不会流出导管座1外。需要输液时,插入接头,如图6所示,阳接头前端面抵住阀芯3凸缘面,推动阀芯3往前移动,阀芯3前端锥头挤开阀片2.5,如此,接头内腔通过阀芯3通孔与导管座1及导管4内腔进行联通了,就可以输液了。而当留置针留置需要更换接头时,旋转退出接头,阀芯3凸缘的大端面重新自由,在密封件弹性力作用下,迅速往外滑移,球面阀片重新闭合,阻断导管座内腔液体外流,可以安全放心更换接头。
本实施例未述部分与现有技术相同。
Claims (9)
- 具反复防血液逆流留置导管组件,包括导管和导管座,导管插置并固定在导管座中,导管座后端开放,其特征在于,还包括一种常闭阀门和用于打开此常闭阀门的开关构件,此常闭阀门塞装并固定在导管座后部内腔中,导管位于此常闭阀门的前方,穿刺作业前的针管贯穿于此常闭阀门的阀腔中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具反复防血液逆流留置导管组件,其特征在于,当接上接头需要进行输液作业时,使用开关构件打开阀门的构造,或者是一种套管滑套在常闭阀门的阀腔中,在外力作用下,套管前移推开阀门;或者此套管作为单一构件常置在阀腔中并作为常闭阀门的阀芯或者此套管与接头固接一体并位于接头的前端。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的具反复防血液逆流留置导管组件,其特征在于,常闭阀门是一种球头密封件,球头沿周向被贯穿切成3-8瓣,使球头形成相应的3-8瓣常闭阀片,密封件是弹性塑件材料制成,切制成瓣后依然弹支成原样而保持常闭。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具反复防血液逆流留置导管组件,其特征在于,常闭阀门是一种球头密封件,球头沿周向被十字贯穿切成4瓣,使球头形成相应的4瓣常闭阀片,密封件外围具有沿周向延伸分布的凸缘并通过此凸缘与导管座内腔中的相应环形凹槽的嵌接而与导管座固定,在密封件内腔插接一丁形阀芯,此丁形阀芯由前部的套管和后部的凸缘组成,套管滑套在密封件内腔所形成的阀腔中,套管前端呈一锥端,阀芯锥端靠近密封件球头内壁,在插置进来的接头顶触在阀芯凸缘的外力作用下,套管前移推开4瓣常闭阀片,此时阀芯凸缘与密封件后端面紧贴,阀芯有一过液通孔,穿刺作业前的针管贯穿于此过液通孔中。
