Abstract

L'invention se rapporte au domaine des capsules dosées utilisées dans des dispositifs spéciaux pour préparer des boissons, comme du café, du thé, du bouillon, comprenant en outre au moins un ingrédiant fonctionnel ainsi que des vitamines, des substances bio-actives, des macro et micro-minéraux, et concerne notamment un élément filtrant pour ces capsules. Le résultat technique de l'invention consiste en une simplicité et une précision de dosage de l'ingrédient fonctionnel dans la capsule pour préparer une boisson sans modifier le processus d'assemblage sur le chaîne industrielle de la capsule prête à l'emploi. L'invention concerne un élément filtrant pour capsules servant à préparer des boissons et comprenant au moins un ingrédient fonctionnel, lequel se présente sous forme d'un récipient de type ouvert comprenant une partie inférieure laissant passer l'eau qui bloque les particules insolubles de l'ingrédient pour préparer la boisson, ainsi que des parois; selon l'invention, dans l'espace interne du récipient de type ouvert se trouve une quantité donnée d'au moins un ingrédient fonctionnel soluble dans l'eau qui est appliquée sur une surface d'un support insoluble ayant une forme de gênant pas le passage de la boisson et comportant des pores; l'élément filtrant comprend un couvercle supérieur laissant passer l'eau et résistant à la déchirure lors de l'application d'une pression d'eau nécessaire pour préparer la boisson et ne laissant pas passer les particules insolubles de l'ingrédient pour préparer la boisson.
