Le système d'avertissement d'urgence sur les menaces à la sécurité personnelle ou sur l'état de santé comprend des moyens de communication mobiles informatisés portés par l'utilisateur et programmables, qui sont dotés d'un bloc de transmission de signaux par voie de communication sans fil lorsqu'un bouton physique ou sensoriel est pressé sur ce dispositif ou un bouton sensoriel est effleuré dans une application correspondante dans ledit moyen informatisé en cas d'apparition de signes d'une menace à la sécurité personnelle ou de perturbation de l'état de santé, et transmet ce signal via un canal de communication sans fil à une structure centralisée distante dédiée au secours qui a été dotée d'une fonction de réception de signaux en provenance de moyens de communication informatisés portés par l'utilisateur.
