Users that want to participate in a social economy where people are rewarded for content
About Blurt.blog
Blurt has redefined social media by building a living, breathing, and growing social economy - a community where users are rewarded for sharing their voice. It's a new kind of attention economy. Blurt.blog is one of the many websites that are powered by the Blurt blockchain and BLURT cryptocurrency. All of these websites read and write content to the Blurt blockchain, which stores the content in an immutable blockchain ledger, and rewards users for their contributions with digital tokens called BLURT. Every day, the Blurt blockchain mints new BLURT tokens and adds them to a community's "rewards pool". These tokens are then awarded to users for their contributions, based on the votes that their content receives as well as the votes they give out. Users who hold more tokens in their account as "Blurt Power" can influence where a larger portion of the rewards pool is distributed.

"A Blog with Social Credit" Posted 2022-05-02
Pros: The more you engage the more you earn, assuming you post content that enjoyed by other users. You can curate a following of other enthusiasts who want to share a social credit with others who are curating content with them.
Cons: There is a low variety of content, and it is very boring to browse. Hopefully over time more diverse users who don't post the same echo chamber content will join. I have found a few independent free thinkers but that's about it at the moment.
Overall: Lackluster due to the low interaction rate with about less than 20 individuals, i am making my rating slightly bias towards this as I was a 2016 Steem users and know it takes time to grow a blockchain social token against the double edged sword of exclusivity.

"Blurt Is The Best Decentralized Blockchain" Posted 2022-05-01
Pros: I liked Blurt Blog most because it doesn't it doesn't support downvotes. It provides freedom of speech. Whales don't bother small users, rather they appreciate and encourage them and grant them opportunities to grow together. In spite of its initial age, its price is increasing incredibly. When all the cryptos were down badly, it was stable and didn't fall a lot. There are so many quality contents creators and they are encouraged and rewarded by several curation accounts. There is no discriminations between Blurt bloggers for colors, nationalism, racism and religious. Any blockchains can't grow without founders, developers, team members and witnesses. And Blurt Blog has all of them and they are doing their jobs nicely and honestly. How can I forget its activities. It has awesome activities that make it best. Contests, shows, challenges, giveaways, charities, donations, co-operates, bets, pubs, and a lot of things are the prominent activities of Blurt Blog.
Cons: It's very difficult for me to find my unlikes for Blurt Blog. After pressuring a lot on my mind , I can remember that a very less plagiarism is committed here that I dislike. Few users vote their own comments. But it is their choice and stakes, they use how they want.
Overall: Overall Blurt Blog is the best decentralized blockchain and social media platform. It rewards investors and quality contents creators hugely. It accepts delegations. There is no discriminations and everyone is treated equally. It runs smoothly by its founders, developers, team members and witnesses. Last but not the least, its price is increasing rapidly and regularly.

"My Blurtiful Experience " Posted 2022-04-26
Pros: Talking about what I like about Blurt seems an intresting ride. So I shall prefer articulate my points in a concise manner.
1. I like Blurt because it is a decentralized blockchain whose ecosystem is friendly for all users. It encourages and appreciates original content creation, abhors plagiarism and encourages newbies to tag along with the ecosystem in the fastest possible manner.
2. Without the use of downvote on the blurt blog is a huge plus for all community members. In this way, all members stay positive on the blockchain.
3. Positive and meaningful engagements are encouraged and these produce healthy relationships amongst members. I am proud to be a beneficiary of such healthy relationships.
4. On the blurt blog, one discovers that the universal brotherhood of man is prevalent and one quickly realizes that he is in a family and not just a blockchain. And so, it is easy to see the expression; "all for one, and one for all" come to reality.
5. Lastly, blurt has the potential of growing in a massive manner as all members seem to have a sincerity of purpose for its growth. Hence, the common adage on blurt: Blurt to the Moon.
These likes of mine are by no means exhaustive as there are just a tip of the iceberg of what blurt.blog truly is. However, this is my experience on the blurt ecosystem for the past few months of blogging on it.Cons: Talking about my dislikes on blurt could be a herculean task, in that, as one who is positive about the blockchain, I tend to be more on the likes than the dislikes. Nevertheless, in order to be fair to right judgement, I dare to say my dislike on blurt is that, some members seem not to come to terms with the fact that blurt is different from other sister blockchains which they have been members to before blurt. In this way, they is this perceived unhealthy comparison between the blurt blog and steemit and Hive every now and then which in most cases seem to dampen the spirit of neophytes.
Overall: Blurt is the future of blockchain systems because it has all that it takes to rise to the top. This is why I always say with blurt the sky is not the limit but rather the starting point.

"My review on blurt" Posted 2022-04-26
Pros: Blurt is an excellent and loving platform to be. I never knew the account was created for me by Hive community until when @olawalium told me. Only thing I did was, I just put my login key to register and I was given like 38blurt to make post. So, this was so much easier for me to start blogging. Since have been using blurt, I never had any issues or challenges. Until when I mistakingly transfered all my blurt and this makes me not able to make a post then. My account was created free since 2years ago but I started using it 3month ago and it working perfectly.
Cons: I think if people can be signing up free rather than paying 3blurt before blogging. I was little disturbed when I was told that I will pay before I can be a member, but knowing that the account was created for me freely. Steemit started with the idea then (free registration). Also to create good projects, reward people's articles to draw them closer. Trading it. Making the discord very active and fun, doing live communication so that more people would have great familiarity.
Overall: Like I said earlier, blurt has been the great and excellent platform. No stressed to use, reading some fun post and a happy place to be. I enjoyed post there. Nothing delights me than to see people happy and rewarded for their works.

"The best decentralised platform " Posted 2022-04-26
Pros: This site is for freedom lovers who want to feel free and happy and earn rewards for their creativity.
Cons: It could do with more development for sure, as could all these sites as they are all a bit MySpace ish but this will be the future of social media to get rewarded for your time.
Overall: Please don’t take note of the negative blurt reviews I can tell they are written by hive people who have never used the platform and just don’t want people to realise there are amazing alternatives out there. Blurt is lower in price but this means it can easily 10 x now is the time to jump on.

"Interesting experiment, but very limited" Posted 2022-04-25
Pros: I know everyone will say 'no downvotes!' If being judged like that scares you then this may be the place for you.
Cons: It seems the basic blogging site is all there is. There are no games and no other tokens to invest in. The site is based on Steemit, which has not evolved much. Not many exchanges trade the Blurt tokens. The price is very low with very little trading going on.
Every action has a cost in BLURT. That is intended to minimise spam and abuse, but may be an issue if you are not making much.Overall: Blurt was created as an alternative to Steemit and Hive. Steemit got corrupted and centralised in the Justin Sun takeover. Hive is where the action is and it is decentralised. Blurt may also be decentralised, but lacks real development and activity. Some people are milking the rewards as they know they cannot be downvoted for doing so.

I would suggest Hive if you want more than Blurt offers. The downvoting is not as bad as some will make out. -

"Blurt, the perfect social blockchain" Edited 2022-04-25
Pros: Blurt is a very good social blockchain that rewards users for their efforts in putting together great content on the site. Blurt has an additional advantage of allowing freedom of expression without being censored. With blurt, one can blog on anything he or she chooses to blog on without fear or favour.
I enjoy posting on blurt because your post will be visible to many audience without just being restricted to a particular community. All what you new to do is just to include the necessary hashtags and boom, your post will appear in those community you have tagged.Cons: One disadvantage about blurt is due to the massive traffic on the site, ones post can be overlooked or ignored even when great effort was put into it. Since its decentralised, people only vote the post they wish to vote irrespective of the quality.
Overall: My overall experience has been massive on the blockchain. In fact, I have once again come to enjoy blogging after a very log time.

"Blurt Review" Posted 2022-04-24
Pros: Blurt is one remarkable enterprising platform that offers users reward for quality content.
It's a very easy to use application and encourages innovation and originality in sharing content.Cons: Sometimes the earning potential is really low and is dependent on the upvotes. You may have great content and spend a lot of time developing them but if you don't get as much upvotes as possible you don't earn much especially if your upvoters have little voting powers.
Overall: My experience using blurt has been pretty nice. Sometimes I get good traction especially when I signed up newly. Other times it's not moving swiftly and I experience less engagements. But what I find remarkable is that through the micro blogging very less privileged people have been encouraged to embrace technology and content writing, while also making money no matter how little.
