    "Works until it doesn’t then no support"

    Pros: Simple, useful and efficient on a Mac, although less so on iOS devices. Used it for years with no trouble then one day it stopped working properly on both of our computers.

    Cons: Once it stopped working, the company provided no support save “uninstall and reinstall”, which fixed nothing.

    Overall: All software has arcane bugs, so assessing the reliability of a product requires assessing how the developer deals with the inevitable problem. Sync.com have failed this test miserably. We are switching to Tresorit.

    Pros: Features, design and value are attractive. It's easy to use and very intuitive. To make an account is very simple and also has the feature to distribute links with password which is very useful.

    Cons: File and platform synchronization are very slow...

    Overall: It's a good platform with lots of features and fair price. Support is also slow. Still, it's one of the top 4 file storage platforms.
