Dear all, We would like to announce the availablility of version 2.1 Beta 1 of the CORAS Tool for model-based security risk analysis. This is a feature and bugfix release. Among the highlights are improved security and enhanced diagram and table editors, plus a number of other improvements and fixes. For further details on changes, installation, upgrading, and more, please see the release notes: http://sourceforge.net/project/shownotes.php?release_id=3D405333&group_id= =3D 88350 The installation files can be downloaded from the SourceForge.net webpage: http://coras.sourceforge.net/downloads.html =20 This release is backwards compatible with databases from earlier 2.0.x versions. To upgrade, simply install 2.1 Beta 1 in a clean directory and copy the database files from your old installation to the corresponding location in your new 2.1 Beta 1 installation directory. The database files are located in the 'server\default\data\exist\data' directory under your installation. However, please note that because of changes to the interaction between client and server, 2.0.x clients should not be used with a 2.1 server and vice versa. PS! We would also like to note that the Subversion repository for the CORAS Tool has been migrated to SourceForge.net now that SourceForge provides this service. It is thus now possible to follow the daily development of the CORAS Tool. For more information, please see: http://sourceforge.net/svn/?group_id=3D88350 Best regards, The CORAS development team SINTEF Information and Communication Technology http://coras.sourceforge.net/ |
