I really like the real time updating of input information. Staff can complete their tasks and record it in MaintainX. It immediately updates the work order to let other staff know that task has been completed or is being worked on. I work in a highly regulated industry and the time stamping is very useful. When I run reports, they show who and when did the work. MaintainX was very easy to implement, and staff find it easy to use. Every morning when I turn on my shop PC, I load up my Maintain X to help figure out the daily plan. Never disappointed with what I see! All my daily work PMs and action item lists are there and ready to go! Takes all the "hard" stuff out of the daily job! All work orders and PMs are right at my finger tips, ready, and laid out easily for myself and the team to continue the day without a hitch! Love this program! We are in week 2 of our experience. So far it has been exactly as was laid out to us in the sales process. Eric and Sam have been awesome to work with. The flexibility of the software to be built to our needs has been excellent. I am very impressed with how easy it is to use now that we are creating tickets. MaintainX is an incredibly user friendly CMMS application. No efforts seem to have been spared to make the ease of use second to none. Multiple users I have setup as work order requestors were able to use the program instantly on day one with little or no training, and most had a firm grasp on the software prior to their scheduled training time. The fact that in Enterprse mode, PM's, inspections, and work order procedures can be drafted and then cascaded to multiple sites with absolutely no drift in information and requirements has a value that is almost impossible to quantify.

The support I received from my account manager early on the process when we were exloring if the paltform would be a good fit for our business was incredibly helpful and sold me on the implementation nearly on day one. Not all items and configurations are mirrored towards reliabiltiy excellence terminology, but that aside, I have no negative remarks to make. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MaintainX's asset metering has proved to be a huge benefit to our company. It has allowed me to utilize my maintenance team's PM inspection data to forecast and schedule large repairs. I have also been able to collect all hand-written procedures and vendor contact information and store them in one place so they can be shared among all members of my team. The customer support has always been fantastic. My representative works with me weekly to improve our system and help me implement MaintainX in other parts of our business. My company did not use a CMMS system prior to MaintainX. The cost of the licensing was a little hard to justify to plant management at first, but I believe it is showing its value now that it is in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how many different ways there are to filter work order, this makes it easier to plan jobs for specific areas/teams. Any time I have needed to contact customer support they have been very helpful in solving any problems I have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting feature, while useful, is lacking in some areas. For example, when looking at work orders completed vs work orders created for a given timeframe it seems artificially inflated since work orders that were created prior to the period but completed during the time frame are counted in completed but not created. The app is easy and convenient. Everything you need is right in the palm of your hands. Making it easy to up load photos and easily add the people who need to be notified. I haven’t run in to any bugs like won’t connect to your camera or anything like that. It’s super smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MaintainX is a powerful and flexible CMMS that has a vast array of features that a skilled maintenance planner or manager can exercise to drive asset health and organizational growth through data driven decisions. With the ability to manage your assets, documents, preventative/reactive maintenance, spares, etc - all in one place - it really makes the work for a technician's life much easier, as you can have everything "In one place". It's also really great how receptive the MaintainX team is to feedback about opportunities to improve their system with new features or options - they are always looking to continue to feedback loop, take advantage of it! Some modules within MaintainX, such as the spare parts inventory tracking, are not fully fleshed out like the bulk of the asset tracking and work order tracking. This isn't a bad thing necessarily, as the team with MaintainX is still growing and improving on these newer modules, but it is worth noting that as this software grows and matures, the modules within it will grow and mature as well, and that they are not all in that "perfect" state right out of the gate. MaintainX has been a key tool for our fleet maintenance management. MaintainX allows our mechanics to track maintenance on vehicles and equipment easily. They are on the go and need to access information on the fly. The program is user friendly and we were running it live in no time. Again, the app is very straight forward, my team has been able to learn it quickly, which has benefited as its used daily.

Still learning the full extend of its capabilities, so far it has achieved to tick every box.

The Admin team were very supportive with the switch over/implementation of Maintain X, they were able to copy our existing assets from Fiix and transfer them over.
