"Friendly and powerful tool for a Maintenance Management System"
What do you like best about MaintainX?

It is a friendly software and has been a valuable tool for following up on our Maintenance Program and Work Orders. I use the "Reporting" information every week to show my Maintenance Department team our metrics.

The Tech Support is what I was looking for. I can ask for support with a click under the MaintainX platform, and I have received excellent attention and follow-up to my doubts and requests. The Account Manager is helpful and attentive to us.

BRC and Client Auditors congratulated us on this acquisition and how we follow our Maintenance Management through MaintainX.

What do you like best about MaintainX?

Over the past five years working in administration, I have tried a variety of CRM and job management systems. When I started using MaintainX, I was pleasantly surprised by how intuitive and user-friendly it was, even without any formal training. The platform offers a wide range of features with a premium subscription, and I am looking forward to exploring these options further as I transition into my role as a contract manager. What do you dislike about MaintainX?

The dashboard's features and views could use some improvement, as they can be somewhat confusing initially. However, it is possible to adjust and modify settings using filters and other options, which might help address these issues. What do you like best about MaintainX?

Maintain X was very easy to set up and start using. The customer success team did a great job teaching my crew about some of the more advanced features. I really like the thumbnails for inventory, equipment and work orders, it helps provide visual cues for multilingual our workforce. What do you dislike about MaintainX?

I wish there was a way to export certain sets of data better. I have needed to provide a certain list of consumables to vendors in the past and there is no easy way to select the items and have them export cleanly in a format of our choosing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MaintainX?

MaintainX allows you to use personal phones, tables, or computers to input work orders, track parts, or manage inventory. No need for special equipment or buying additional hardware. They really listen to the feedback from their customers and implement changes based on those feedback. The software is intuitive to use and does not need a long training session to become proficient in. You can really tailor the program to your company and use it the way you want not just what the developers had in mind. We use MaintainX every day and it was very easy to integrate our maintenance programs with the software. It allowed us to easily implement recurring maintenance while tracking occasional trouble calls. Whenever we have had an issue, the customer support team is there to assist us. What do you dislike about MaintainX?

What do you like best about MaintainX?

The mobile-first UI offers an intuitive interface, making it easy for our technicians to use. They are now taking many more photos, which has improved our documentation. The option to add voice comments with AI transcription has made our records more insightful and detailed. I also appreciate being able to create assets, locations, parts, and vendors on the fly. What do you dislike about MaintainX?

Some features are missing, but I see them on the development roadmap. I hope that the AI copilot will eventually become a default feature rather than a paid add-on. Additionally, there is no native integration with label thermal printers at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MaintainX?

As part of the fleet management team for Kalos Services, we were looking for a program that would help us to better organize our fleet. Maintain X was our solution. It allows us to track our assets, create work orders for our fleet vehicles to schedule oil changes and other repairs. We can now keep much better track of the cost of the parts we are using as well as how much we are spending on maintenance per vehicle and per vendor. We can assign the different work orders to the techs together or individually, or not at all if we are just for tracking costs and it is not work for them to do, such as subletting repairs at another shop, or getting graphics put on our vehicles. It's extremely user friendly. We've also used it to create procedures for commissioning and decommissioning vehicles. Overall, our mechanics have found the software easy to use as well. Our representative for Maintain X, Cheryl, has been extremely helpful. She explains things very clearly and goes out of her way to make sure she answers any questions we have. We use this program every day, all throughout the workday. It's become an essential part of taking care of our fleet and carrying out procedures for better efficiency. What do you dislike about MaintainX?

It would be nice to have some kind of interface with our company emails. When I'm scheduling vehicle maintenance appointments, I'd like to be able to send out an email from the scheduled work order to the company email of the driver, his supervisor, and his dispatcher, so that they can be better notified of the appointment, possibly even a reminder sent out a half hour or so before the appointment. Another thing is when we create a work order for commissioning a new fleet vehicle, for example, we cannot add multiple vendors to the same work order and have their costs tracked separately. It's only one vendor per work order. So, the work the mechanics do needs one work order such as inspection, making sure safety supplies are stocked up, etc., but if we have graphics put on the vehicle, it needs a separate work order with the costs attached to that particular vendor. What do you like best about MaintainX?

The app for Maintain X on our phones is absolutly the best and super easy to use. Every function you need to communicate with your staff and requesters is so simple and smooth. What do you dislike about MaintainX?

The only complaint I have and maybe I just don't know how to use it yet is the communication within the request. It would be nice to chat back and forth within the request with the requester especially when its in progress and something needs to be ordered or we are waiting for something. What do you like best about MaintainX?

The Enterprise Version has truly been a game changer. The mobile app is incredibly easy to use and makes things much more convenient, especially when it comes to printing QR codes for equipment identification. Inspectors who check for maintenance compliance are consistently impressed, and some have even expressed interest in adopting our approach to help other organizations facing similar challenges. Managing assets and looking up parts is always just a few clicks away. The PM procedures are straightforward, with clear prompts that ensure we never miss a step. What do you like best about MaintainX?

MaintainX has made our preventative maintenance program a much more comprehensive program that not only schedules PM activities, but also collects and aggregates data to provide a window into the future of our equipment that allows us to more accurately predict when failures are more likely to occur and when replacing equipment might make more financial sense than continually repairing.

The web-based software is easy to use and transitioning to MaintainX was extremely easy. Their AI tool is very effective at building a work order template that needs only minor editing to suit our needs.

Their customer support has been very proactive. They look at our PM program occasionally and make suggestions to assist us in making our PM program even better. I use it every day to schedule maintenance and perform tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MaintainX?

MaintainX is intuitive and easy to adopt, even for teams who aren’t tech-savvy. The mobile and desktop interfaces are straightforward and easy to use. The AI tools for building preventive maintenance tasks are a game changer; this was a deciding factor for me. This saved us hours during implementation. I also appreciate how customizable the system is to fit our workflows.

MaintainX helps us centralize all maintenance activities, including PMs, demand work orders, assets, vendors, and parts, into one system that's accessible on the go. QR codes make it easy to access machine histories, and labor tracking enables us to understand how time is being spent. The visibility and accountability it creates across our maintenance team are huge benefits. What do you dislike about MaintainX?

There’s a learning curve with some of the more advanced reporting and dashboard features, and a few features, such as bulk editing or custom fields for parts, could be more flexible.
