It is a friendly software and has been a valuable tool for following up on our Maintenance Program and Work Orders. I use the "Reporting" information every week to show my Maintenance Department team our metrics.
The Tech Support is what I was looking for. I can ask for support with a click under the MaintainX platform, and I have received excellent attention and follow-up to my doubts and requests. The Account Manager is helpful and attentive to us.
