"Strong ERP with localisation focus"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

As a project manager in localisation, I really appreciate how NetSuite simplifies working across multiple markets. Its localisation features and integrations make it much easier to coordinate global projects and reduce manual effort. The visibility it gives into both financials and workflows is also a big advantage for keeping projects on track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

The interface can feel a little outdated compared to newer tools, and the learning curve in the beginning can be challenging for new users. Once you get comfortable, though, it’s a very capable system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"As a Netsuite Consultant, definitely recommend Netsuite."
What do you like best about NetSuite?

This platform is both highly flexible and robust. It has a greater decree in terms of ease of implementation provided you have the right partner. It provides extensive customization options, along with a wide range of standard suites and SuiteApps, including those from third parties. The ecosystem, especially the support available from partners, is excellent and makes it easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

At times, I find that Netsuite support is not particularly helpful, especially when it comes to major functionalities that should work but don't. Instead of addressing these issues promptly or offering alternative solutions, support often categorizes them as Enhancements. Unfortunately, some of these enhancements are never implemented and can remain unresolved for as long as four years. This is an area where I believe Netsuite really needs to make improvements. "Seven years post deployment and remain satisfied."
What do you like best about NetSuite?

The integrations and data import functionality makes the software easy to use across our varying number of enterprise applications and other local service providers. Also, the Advance Revenue Module for SaaS is thorough and was the first to be best in class whilst adopting ASC 606. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

The reporting can be a bit challenging, especially for some of the additional modules such as Fixed Asset Management. There is also not an easy way to manage billing adjustments for simple things, such as sales tax, as the revenue module is tied to all invoicing and credit activity. Lastly, I found the implementation to be a bit of a struggle but I believe that was more of an edge case of our implementation manager missing the comprehension of a few of our use cases. Further challenging this is the rigidity in how Netsuite uses system GL accounts to perform certain functions that didn't fit our old system. This brought challenges in data loading GL activity to our FP&A platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Software, pricing structure is trying."
What do you like best about NetSuite?

NetSuite is an all-in-one solution that truly keeps everything in one place. I use it daily, and it has streamlined so many aspects of our business. The ability to manage multiple functions within a single system makes it incredibly efficient. We’ve also added a few integrations to support our customer service team, and the improvements in their workflow have been noticeable—they love it. Overall, NetSuite has been a game-changer in helping us stay organized and effective across departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

The biggest challenge we faced was training during implementation. The system is powerful, but without clear and thorough training upfront, it can feel overwhelming to new users. Even now, one of our biggest struggles is navigating the different levels of support—figuring out who to contact for help or how to get quick answers when we run into issues is often frustrating. Additionally, the reporting system, while flexible, has been difficult for many of our users to learn and use effectively Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Completely Customizable for any Industry"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

Drag and drop file storage is wonderful to quickly attached documentation to orders/invoices and keeps us paper free. The reports are all downloadable in multiple different formats. You can customize your quick links home page so your overview it relevant to your job instead of a one size fits all approach. Once you get used to how the flow is set up in NetSuite, it becomes second nature to utilize the program. Majority of it is set up with, what I consider, basic common sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

Biggest downside to NetSuite is the report writing. It is complicated and a bit convoluted that even our most experienced admin has to spend a fair amount of time with trial and error before getting the data sets needed. I took a class on this from NetSuite themselves and while it was very informative and did give me a better idea on how the process is meant to work, it was too simplified. Since every company is highly customized to fit their needs, the class did not translate too well back in the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive and reliable ERP solution for growing businesses"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

NetSuite provides a truly all-in-one platform that integrates accounting, inventory management, CRM, and more. I particularly like the real-time dashboards and custom reporting tools, which make it easy to monitor KPIs and financial performance. The cloud-based system is fast, secure, and accessible from anywhere, which is a huge plus for remote teams. Its automation features, such as recurring billing and bank reconciliations, have significantly reduced our manual workload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

The initial learning curve can be steep, especially for users unfamiliar with ERP systems. Some of the customization options require technical expertise or developer support, which can increase implementation time and cost. Additionally, the UI, while functional, could benefit from more modern design updates to improve navigation and user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Modern Software for a company that was stuck in the past"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

I enjoy the ease of use, the incredible amount of data being compiled, the ability to access my account from anywhere in the world (Cloud based), and the confidence that the technology can grow with us as our company continues to grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I do find it difficult to figure out how to use new functions, or that I do not know how to customize reports and features on my own with the knowledge I have right now. Without paying more, I don't think I will grow a ton on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Is not anything you can't do on Netsuite"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

The Multiskill portal, the way to get reports and see the data, is very easy. You can manage your entire company with this ERP; it's a very good cost-benefit. You will have support 24/7, the Oracle support is very easy to work. It's a tool you can use day by day without limits and have the facility that it can be used in any navigator, you don't need to install anything on your pc, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

Its interface is somewhat old, and aesthetically it doesn't look very new, but these are aesthetic details; the operation is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"World's Best ERP"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

Flexibility to configure for the specific workflows and business processes of a company. The ease of user adoption helps everyone quickly get up to speed with the work they need to perform. The alerts and dashboard help with efficiencies. The ease of customization allows users with the right roles and permissions to configure things to meet their specific needs without having to be a computer programmer. The roles and permissions allow for granularity for segregation of duties. The help and support is phenomenal, with field level, page level and a fully accessible support library which is easy to search with help topics articles and videos. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to have a software which will take their company forward and grow for the next decade to not waste any more time and implement NetSuite today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

There is not really anything to dislike about NetSuite. It exceeds expectations. The only thing to not like about NetSuite is if you try to use other software, NetSuite will have spoiled you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Best ERP in the World of ERPs!"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

As a NetSuite Admin, the best thing about NetSuite is the ability to customize it to fit the needs of my company. NetSuite allows for not only the creation of custom roles, forms, fields, etc. it also allows me to use thes in conjunction with custom reports, searches, and workflows to be meet my internal users' needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

There are some fields, such as transaction status at the header level, that are not exposed for workflows. I need more access to make my system better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
