"Streamlined Global Operations with NetSuite"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

I love NetSuite's ability to integrate multiple essential functions, such as order to cash from Cure2Pay, work order management, and case management, into a single system, significantly streamlining our operations. Its cloud-based nature avoids the hassle of managing servers and databases, providing us with the flexibility to operate globally. The SweetCommerce advanced module is especially valuable, allowing real-time e-commerce integration with our partners, eliminating the need to speculate on inventory or product positions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I find that while NetSuite One World offers many features, it sometimes prioritizes new user acquisition over enhancing functionalities for existing users. The development focus on new features like HR or CRM can overlook the need for refining the general user interface, accounting terms, linked lists, and saved searches, which could be more intuitive. Additionally, the customization limitations with bundles, suite apps, and searches are frustrating. It would be beneficial to have these features more adaptable to subsidiaries without needing extra purchases like analytics warehouse add-ons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful to scale our business - be ready to roll your sleeves up"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

NetSuite has helped keep headcount lower than it would be if we used other ERP/Accounting software. We have a tremendous amount of trust in the system and have built out some clever customizations I don't think would be optional with a less 'open' platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

There are alot of features that should be baked into a software this advanced - like credit card processing/payment links, ect. Some of the features are very powerful but hidden across multiple tabs and center categories making set up sometimes a PITA. Once you get famililar with the format and navigation it becomes easier - however a more intuitive out of the box set up may lower the barrier to entry due to the difficulty of the system. "Solid All-in-One ERP, but Not Without Its Quirks"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

NetSuite makes it super easy to keep everything in one place—finance, inventory, orders, you name it. The dashboards are clean, and I love how customizable the reports are. It’s also great for scaling since it handles complex operations without much fuss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

It can feel a bit clunky at times, especially when trying to navigate between modules. Some of the terminology isn’t super intuitive, and the learning curve for new users is definitely steep. Having to switch between roles for certain functionality can be cumbersome and time consuming. Also, certain customizations require more technical help than I’d like, especially if there are new modules to implement across the organization. If theres a framework setup, its usually not too bad, but ease of implementation/integration is much harder than it sometimes needs to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very versatile, good for all types of businesses."
What do you like best about NetSuite?

Netsuite has its pros and cons but you can really do anything that you need to for your business. From a logistical and warehouse standpoint, everything is right where you need it to be. From the reports, purchase orders, customer sales orders, everything has its place to stay organized and readily available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I would say the most difficult part of Netsuite is training yourself on how to customize reports for your particular needs. There are certainly videos to help direct you to the right place for reports, but customizing is not always the easiest. The more you work with the reporting, the easier it does become on a daily basis, but it is certainly not like riding a bike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Platform, Comprehensive but Not Seamless"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

NetSuite is a powerful and robust platform that brings together many facets of our business. I really appreciate having a single source of truth for everything from project management to financial reporting. The ability to tie so many operational and financial processes together in one system is incredibly valuable. I also like knowing there's much more we could unlock — it's a tool with a lot of depth, and I wish we had the time and resources to take fuller advantage of all it offers. Integration with other modules has gone smoothly so far. It is a tool we use daily! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

Despite its strengths, there are areas where NetSuite feels disjointed or underdeveloped. For example:

Some fields are only usable in resource management and not available elsewhere, which creates unnecessary limitations.

Project task functionality feels like an afterthought, not a fully integrated part of the system.

It's frustrating that Service Items can’t be linked to employees without a custom script — especially when selling professional services is the majority of our business.

We've had a support ticket open for over a year regarding a syntax error, and there’s still no resolution.

We also have an open support ticket related to mass updates on effective-dated fields in employee records. Every year, when we perform these updates, the system wipes out the “special skills” section — even when using forms where that section is hidden. Despite multiple attempts and troubleshooting, the issue remains unresolved after more than a year.

Nothing here would keep me from recommending the system to others. In fact, some of these issues and those not mentioned convinced me to work towards certification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NetSuite for the win"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

What I like best about NetSuite is honestly how everything’s in one place — from AR and AP to full financial reporting. I use it daily, and it's super intuitive once you get the hang of it. The implementation was smooth, and it integrates really well with other software we use, which makes processes way more efficient. Also, shoutout to their customer support — they’re quick, helpful, and actually know what they’re doing. It just makes life a lot easier when your system works with you, not against you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

What I dislike about NetSuite is that some customizations can get a bit tricky and usually need a specialist or consultant to help out — it’s not always plug-and-play when it comes to more complex setups. The interface, while functional, can feel a bit outdated in parts, and certain tasks take a few more clicks than they should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NetSuite is an amazing platform enabling me to keep data clean and the system easy to use"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

Customization capabilities are solid, permitting us to deliver useful features to internal and external customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

While it's pretty powerful in the reporting realm and offers external connections to improve the reporting, there are some native improvements I'd like to see, specifically being able to join more than once thru the tables. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient All-in-One Platform, but Custom Reports Need Improvement"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

Having both our financials and inventory managed in a single platform is extremely convenient. It simplifies the process of generating detailed reports and allows us to quickly access any information we require. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

While creating custom reports is not very intuitive, the assistance from AI has enabled us to generate the reports we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly scalable and agile ERP system, with the many ways of customizations."
What do you like best about NetSuite?

Its ability to scale and be customized by using scripts, workflows, and bundle/SuiteApps solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

How are the system's solutions and technical aspects documented, for example, for SDF, SOAP WSDL, or the ability to use the NetSuite adapter with Oracle Integration Cloud? I think there is a way for better and more technical/precise documentation. For me, as for the developer, it is really necessary to know things as precisely as I can. "Engaging and Insightful Session for NetSuite Administrators"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

I really enjoyed the Virtual Meet Up for NetSuite Administrators. The demo of the AI connector and other new features was very beneficial and gave me practical insights I can apply in my role. What I liked most was how interactive the session was. Seeing the questions from fellow administrators and the detailed answers from NetSuite experts made the discussion even more valuable. It felt like a collaborative space where we could learn not just from the presenters but also from each other’s experiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

If I had to choose one part I liked the least, it would be the session on CSV import. The topic is certainly important, but since I’m already very familiar with it, it felt more geared toward beginners. That said, I understand its value for those who are still learning, and I appreciate that it was included to support administrators at different experience levels.
