What do you like best about noCRM.io?

I like that noCRM.io is built specifically for sales teams rather than being a generic CRM. It focuses on lead management and moving prospects through the pipeline without unnecessary complexity. What do you dislike about noCRM.io?

What do you like best about noCRM.io?

The organization, the ability to track leads via several metrics like pipeline, status, activity notes, etc. Using the software is as seamless as the data tracking back end. On top of that there are so many useful side features specifically for sales, like goal tracking, email synchronization, and scripts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM.io?

A downside of noCRM is efficiency, there is a lot of manual input needed to set up sales campaigns. Specifically, when a lead list is added to the CRM, we have to manually create each lead. When dealing with call campaigns with several 1000s of leads, a decent chunk of work and time is required during set up.

Additionally, although the data available is really good, a few metrics are missing I'd like to see. As our company sells several different services but sells to similar lead sources, we run into an issue where 2 sales from the same pipeline are for 2 different services. Then on the back end data tracking, we see sales via pipeline but not what was sold service-wise. There may be a workaround on our end, but it'd be cool if there were customization in the won status stuff. For example, we could have custom tags we could select when dispositioning to won, with tags being the services we offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about noCRM.io?

It's a simple and powerfull solution. I love how it's giving a focus on actions and next steps with each indivual lead to drive progress and make deal clousure on time. It's providing a great level of customizion of sales process and giving all tool a need, like mail and calendar integration, mail tracking, activities tracking and all necessery statistics of sales pipeline. What do you dislike about noCRM.io?

Tool could have more localization and mobile app sometimes giving me hard times as not working properly with setting up dates. What do you like best about noCRM.io?

After having experimented for a long time with other CRMs, NoCRM.io simply captivated us. It is a system that becomes so familiar to those of us who have several decades of experience with sales, "focusing on what matters": the two major stages, from prospect to customer. The industry has taught me that what really matters is having an assistant that shows you in just one line the prospect or the customer, and when you follow that line you can focus on them, and in seconds, with NoCRM you can execute all the actions easily, without having to leave or enter modules, everything is there, it is a single pop-up.
