Excellent transcription accuracy and even better with conversation and meeting summaries in a fraction of the time. Upload mp3/wave files for transcription and summary. Real time text transcription during meetings or webinars. I like the Screen Capture feature of the AI Meeting Joiner, it is great for webinars. I use otter 5 days a week 2-4 hours a day. The user interface is a bit basic and I can't automate emails from summaries. AI meeting Joiner is not welcome in many of meetings and webinars. Internet must be good, no standalone recording now-transcribe later capability. Support can be a bit slow and give standard answers, no communication on changes to system. Find changes while using product, no heads up or blog to subscribe. I can't use for phone calls, or integrate Action Items with To-Do or import to Teams Planner.
