I like the interface. It is very easy to use and to know where to place the elements of your press release and the guidance it gives you in pulling together the best release possible. It is easy to add the correct images, other information relevant to your story.
The network of journalists is fairly extensive, and it is easy to select journalists by location or trade, meaning that you send this to a wide array of contacts, giving you the best chance of getting good coverage.
It was easy to sign up for my account and implement this as part of my working routine. I use the system on a regular basis and it was easy to integrate this as part of a wider team, who also use this daily as part of the press service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I found the customer support function difficult to use at times. There is a popup on the site that isn't always the easiest to find, and from there the options are limited, which meant I resorted to putting out messages on social media in the hopes that someone would pick them up.
