What do you like best about Opensend?

We are able to market to visitors to our site in a meaningful and engaging way. Once we receive an "identity," we can share our welcome series with them and share more about our product. It's simple and easy to use and works as a great funnel to capture visitors who we send to our site from our Google and Meta ads. It seamlessly integrated with Klaviyo, and the dashboard is easy to use. We had a great onboarding team, who made it simple to set up. What do you dislike about Opensend?

What do you like best about Opensend?

They have excellent support and are with you every step of the way. It's super easy to use, implement, and it's become a regular part of our email marketing efforts. What do you like best about Opensend?

Our experience with OpenSend has been excellent from the very beginning. The onboarding process was incredibly smooth, thanks to their efficient and well-organized team. From the outset, they demonstrated a deep understanding of our needs and worked closely with us to ensure everything was set up correctly.

One of the most impressive aspects was how they handled the changes needed in our reconnect flows. Currently, we’re unable to trigger events for existing profiles—which limits some of our retargeting use cases—but we’ve been informed this feature is actively being rolled out. Also, while the reporting dashboard is functional, it would be more valuable with advanced filtering options, especially to exclude certain conversions from skewing performance data. The only think I would say has been a slight challenge is that a few customers complained about receiving marketing emails when they technically did not directly subscribe. What do you like best about Opensend?

The platform is ridiculously easy to use. The UI is simply and user-friendly. Onboarding was very thorough - they walked me through the full setup in minutes. This included integrating the platform with HubSpot and Google Ads.

Everyone I've interacted with on the Opensend team are friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Even though I've not had any issues, they've checked in on me several times since signing up, which I LOVE.

And most importantly, the platform does exactly what it says it will do - it shows us who's visited our website. For reference, we're a B2B that uses it mainly for retargeting non-converting website visitors that fit a certain profile.

What do you like best about Opensend?

The Opensend implementation team walks you through the setup process, which takes less than 10 minutes to integrate it with Shopify and Klaviyo. I believe I could have done it myself because the platform is that intuitive, but the fact that they dedicate resources to assist with this speaks volumes. They want you to succeed. Once Opensend is live, you see it working immediately. Honestly, the most time consuming part of the entire process - and it wasn't that time consuming - was modifying my Welcome flow in Klaviyo for the net new emails. After 3 weeks, the ROI is 795%.
