Software interface is intuitive and it is very easy to use. Can get to whatever information I need and any setting I want to set. Easy to have an app on my phone rather than a keycard (that I'd probably forget at home) to get into my office building. It's super simple to get set-up and rolling on your first day of work! User experience is pretty good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I dislike is that in order to use the wave function to unlock doors, you have to have bluetooth and location services "Always On" (which can drain your phone battery). It tracks where you are and how many times you've used Openpath in the past. The alternative is turning location services off, which means you have to open up the app on your phone and tap on the "Unlock" button to open the door. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Earlier, we used to carry our badges everywhere in our office and hit on the locks to get access. I am so glad that my company implemented Openpath. One of the best features of the open path is that it provides access through proximity sensors on my mobile phone, and I no longer have to carry the badges in my hand. Although it is feature rich and super practical, I am yet to find a solution to access my office door in case of my phone’s battery drainage.
