Throughout my career in the BPO industry, I've worked with various systems to handle incoming calls. Avaya, LiveAgent, Dialpad, Mitel, Zendesk, RingCentral are the ones that I remember the monst. They can fit in the good area, but they are sometimes hard to work with initially, it takes time to understand how it works correctly, how to set it up accordingly to your needs, or sometimes are even just very old stylish. But Aircall is super friendly to use. The phone setting is the easiest one so far. The call ID works perfectly 99% of the time, and it has all the necessary options right in front of you. All of this comes with a modern interface. Honestly I love it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I've loved the system just as it is. I cannot think of something that I dislike in this moment. The only issue that I've faced is that there seems to be a double ring with the incomming calls, but it might be a bug. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
