What do you like best about Aircall?

I am an International Recruitment Specialist and over the years I've used many software's to reach out to client's and candidates all over the world. I must say this is the best software I've used. Never lags, sound quality is so clear, you'd swear I'm calling someone in the area but I'm all the way in South Africa. I can switch between my international numbers and send SMS/MMS. It also connects to CRM's systems very easily and automatically logs call logs and creates call notes. So convenient! I use Aircall everyday for hours on end, I dont think I'll consider using another software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aircall?

Customer support is the worst. All they send is templated messages or macros on Zendesk - I doubt if there's a human behind the conversation. Aircall recognises voicemails as connected calls for some illogical reason, and the option to override these outcomes does not work at all. Support has no clue how or if it works. Terrible experience thus far - we've lost dialling productivity for almost a month and the only reason we're here is because we accidentally signed a contract and moved from RingCentral, which we now regret. What do you like best about Aircall?

Aircall is simple to set up and easy to use across the team. I like how calls can be routed quickly to the right person, and having all call activity logged makes follow-ups much easier. Sometimes the call quality can drop depending on the internet connection, and there can be slight delays when switching calls between devices. Reporting features are helpful but could use more customization options to fit our needs better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aircall?

Aircall is a very solid and well-thought-out solution for customer contact with private and business customers. We use it daily. Transferring calls is quickly learned, and the clarity is exemplary. The integration with the ERP is also possible in the latest versions, allowing customer numbers and other information about the customer to be displayed. Adding other own phone numbers is also possible, so you can call customers abroad while displaying a domestic number to them. Minor errors are usually fixed promptly, and colleagues report positive experiences with customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aircall?

Some minor bugs, which are usually fixed promptly as described. At the moment, it is still not working that assigned calls quickly disappear from the call list. An acoustic signal is also missing to remind the user that further calls are blocked due to the "After Call Work" status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aircall?

What do you dislike about Aircall?

Call quality is not good, network bandwidth is requires is crazy, doesn't work if out in the field with bad data coverage. First couple tiers of support are not very tech savvy.

The calling software in and of itself is kind of simple. There is no individual voicemail unless they have their own dedicated nubmer. Shared number SMS messages aren't able to be assigned or marked as read. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
