"The program is great, the service reps are even better!"

What do you like best about Benepass?

I love that there are so many things I can use the program for and that it is so easy to use my card as any other credit card. My kids love going to the movies, trampoline parks, zoos, etc. The customer service is absoultely fantastic and all of my issues have been resolved quickly and with very kind helpful people. Most issues have been tied to using the FSA portion of the Benepass, but nothing overly problematic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Benepass?

My only complaint is I wish we could use our lifestyle dollars on dining out or carry out. I recognize this might be a restriction from my employer, and not necessarily from Benepass. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The spending suggestions aren't helpful to me at all as some of the suggestions are not applicable to me as they aren't available in my local area. And I wish the benefit details would provide more information as to the type of eligible receipts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks to Benepass I get to treat myself to beauty treatments that I wouldn't necessarily spend money on, every month. It's also very useful being able to pay through my Apple Pay, like any other card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would how easy Benepass is to naviagte. I have tons of options on how to use my funds and have never run into any issues or needed support. Whether you use your card or put in a request for reimbursemnt it's quick and east. Benepass is a great way to show your employees you really care about their wellbeing. I have split accounts that money goes into but when I tried to use the card at a vendor business, I was told there wasn't enough money in my account. I submitted the receipt to my place of work and it was accepted and reimbursed. However, I was embarrassed in front of the vendor when my card was declined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Benepass?

The customer service is great, they reply so quickly and help resolve any issues or answer any questions. I love that I can use the card on myself, for my dog if for facials and the gym. Sometimes the pass won't work on certain workout accessories websites cause they classify themselves as clothing sites or medical grade, Luke some supplements. Which is just inconvenience. But nothing major Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On mobile, I would like too see a "Get reimbursed" icon on the home page instead of having to click the hamburger icon. The other two options are not as useful - Explore and Help center. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
