What do you like best about Bluecore?

The foundation of the Bluecore platform is data-driven. The AI allows us to tailor our emails to specific audiences and personalize content based on user behavior. You can easily segment discount affinity buyers, at risk buyers, high predicted LTV users, etc. The product recommendations content in our emails since switching to Bluecore has performed very strongly, since it is personalized to the reader's habits. What do you dislike about Bluecore?

Ability to slice and dice data almost real-time.

By far the best part of using Bluecore is the product and account support we receive. Our dedicated success manager has been vital to keeping our positive growth going and we wouldn't be able to do this without them. The level of support we receive is better than any other 3rd party vendor we use.
