"A Must-Have Tool for QA Teams"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

The best thing about BrowserStack is how easy it makes cross-browser and cross-device testing without the need to maintain a physical device lab. At Kudzu, we use it daily for both manual and automation testing. It’s extremely easy to use, and the interface is clean and intuitive. The integration with automation tools like Selenium and CI/CD pipelines (like Jenkins or GitHub Actions) is smooth and reliable. I also appreciate the wide range of real devices and browser combinations available, which helps us ensure high-quality releases across platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

While BrowserStack is a great tool overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Occasionally, real device sessions take a bit longer to connect, especially during peak hours. Some features, like advanced debugging tools or logs, could be more detailed — particularly when running automation tests. Also, pricing can be a bit high for smaller teams or startups, especially if you need access to multiple users or parallel sessions. But these are relatively minor issues compared to the value it provides overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and caring platform for large-scale mobile testing"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

What I like the most is how easy it makes testing across so many real devices and browsers. We can run tons of automated tests in parallel without having to care about setup or maintenance — it just works. The stability is great, and the integration with our CI pipelines saves a lot of time. It’s one of those tools that quietly does its job and keeps things running smoothly, which I really appreciate. What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Sometimes device sessions take a bit to start, and every once in a while the local tunnel acts up. Nothing dramatic, but when it happens you feel it. I also wish the dashboard gave a bit more flexibility when reviewing sessions. Still, overall it’s a solid and reliable service that makes testing life much easier. "Decent, perhaps a bit pricey"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack is a fantastic platform for engineers and directors like myself who need to validate applications across a diverse range of environments. I especially appreciate how simple it is to quickly launch real devices and browsers, eliminating the need to maintain a physical device lab and resulting in significant time and cost savings. The selection of available options is impressive—you can test on various operating systems, browser versions, and mobile devices with just a few clicks. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy to get started with testing right away. I also value the fast device loading times and the reliability of the sessions, as this reduces downtime and allows me to focus more on analyzing test results. For teams that don’t have access to every possible device or OS combination, BrowserStack truly enables comprehensive cross-browser and cross-platform testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

One limitation I’ve observed is the absence of built-in tools for simulating various network conditions or adjusting loading speeds. Although BrowserStack provides excellent access to a broad range of browsers and devices, the ability to test how a page performs on slower connections, such as 3G or unreliable Wi-Fi, would be extremely valuable. This feature would help determine if users can remain engaged and if the application stays functional when network conditions are less than ideal. Currently, it’s necessary to depend on external tools or workarounds for this type of performance testing, which leaves a noticeable gap in an otherwise comprehensive platform. "Reliable cross-browser testing made easy"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack makes it incredibly easy to test across a wide variety of browsers and devices without needing to maintain a physical device lab. The UI is intuitive, and the real-time testing is smooth and responsive. It saves a lot of time during cross-platform QA, and their support for automated testing frameworks like Selenium and Playwright is a huge plus. Integration with CI/CD pipelines is also straightforward and helps streamline testing workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Pricing can be on the higher side, especially for small teams or startups. Occasionally, real devices may take a bit longer to load, and there are rare instances of session timeouts. The speed of automated test execution can sometimes be slower compared to local environments. Additionally, limited concurrent sessions on lower-tier plans can be restrictive. "Effortless manual testing across browsers and devices"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack Live is incredibly easy to use and implement, with seamless device/browser switching and strong integration features, though occasional lag and pricing could be better. The real-time testing feature is incredibly helpful, especially when validating UI/UX across different screen sizes and operating systems. It’s also great for debugging issues that only appear on specific browser versions. The integration with tools like Jira and Slack adds to the overall productivity. It’s reliable, fast, and supports a wide range of environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Sometimes the session can lag a bit, especially when testing on older devices or browsers. Also, the pricing can be a bit steep for smaller teams or startups. It would be great to have more flexible plans or usage-based billing. Occasionally, the network speed within the virtual device feels slower than expected, which can affect performance testing. "Great for responsive testing and regional content"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

What I like most about BrowserStack is the ease of use. I typically use it for responsive testing - I like that we are able to test out so many different devices and versions of each device. I also use the country view to test out region-specific content on our website. This has been so useful to confirm that our dynamic content is working as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack is great, but sometimes it takes a while to load for me. I also noticed that when I switch the country filter to test dynamic content, I usually need to refresh the page which took me some time to figure out. That is partially user error, but I assumed it would refresh automatically when the filter is applied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Reliable Tool for Real-World Testing Across Devices"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

As a UX Engineer, one of the most valuable aspects of BrowserStack is its ability to let me test on real devices and operating systems remotely. This has been a game-changer for ensuring consistent user experiences across platforms without needing a physical device lab. The interface is intuitive, and spinning up a test environment takes just a few clicks. It’s especially helpful when debugging layout issues or performance quirks that only appear on specific device-browser combinations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

While the platform is powerful, occasionally, the remote sessions can feel slightly laggy, especially when testing animations or transitions, which can make it harder to assess performance nuances. I’d also love to see deeper integrations with design tools or prototyping platforms in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

At times, there can be slight performance delays and lag during live testing sessions, especially when multiple users are on the system, especially on Android devices. Pricing can also feel a bit high for smaller teams, but overall, the value is strong for medium to large QA teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Cross-Browser Testing Platform"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I've been using BrowserStack for almost an year primarily for cross-browser and cross-device testing, and overall, it's been a valuable part of our QA workflow.

The platform offers a wide range of real devices and browsers, which has helped us identify environment-specific issues early. The Live Testing, Automate, and App Live features are particularly useful.

Integration with frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, and CI/CD tools is smooth, and the documentation is mostly clear. Personally I have not tried with this integration however other team members of our organisation have used this.

1.Real device testing gives us confidence before production releases.

2.Parallel test runs really speed up regression testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

1.Network log enabled Device performances are slower.

2.sometime it gets abruptly closed and we have to restart the device and install the builds again.

3.Occasionally, some devices are slow to load or disconnect during long sessions.

4.it should allow to use multiple sessions per user Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BrowserStack makes cross-platform testing seamless and reliable"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack provides instant access to a wide range of browsers, devices, and operating systems without the need to maintain a local device lab. The real device cloud is very reliable, tests execute quickly, and the integrations with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions make it easy to fit into an existing workflow. Their documentation is clear, and the customer support team is responsive whenever help is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The pricing can feel high for smaller teams or startups, especially when scaling up to include multiple users and devices. Test execution on certain older devices can be a bit slow at times, and occasionally there are minor lags when interacting with real devices in Live mode. While the platform is powerful, there is a learning curve to get the most out of advanced features like automated parallel testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
