I found setting up Capterra incredibly easy, making it one of the simplest platforms I've ever configured. I also valued the ability to easily access and review a wide range of products, which helped me in researching and learning about products before trying them. I find Capterra's approach a bit 'scammy' at times, which has completely put me off from using them. There seem to be transparency issues, particularly with how reviews are published or not. I wish they were more communicative about why a review might not be published, instead of leaving me to figure it out. This lack of clarity and communication made my experience frustrating. Capterra is a huge platform consisting of many software detailed reviews. Capterra has a very user-friendly interface I love to use Capterra because I work in a financial company and to run the organization smoothly we need different sets of software like, data analysis, video conferencing, etc. Capterra reviews are so detailed and their comparison with different software is overwhelming.
