What do you like best about CareAcademy?

What do you dislike about CareAcademy?

I do not have any dislikes at this time. I cannot think of anything I would change. Only thing I would change is maybe more classes on polishing manners and language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have no dislikes about this product. I cannot think of any downsides at this time. Perhaps running reports could be easier, but once you learn the system its pretty straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for sharing this great feedback. Having the ability to take training from anywhere is something we will continue to advocate for! Caregivers are always on the go - and being able to meet them where they are is always top of mind for us.

If possible, we'd like to learn more about which languages you are looking to support at your agency. We currently offer Closed Captions (English) and Spanish subtitles, along with subtitles in Hindi, Korean, Russian, and Vietnamese for certain classes. We're always open to learning where we can improve - especially when it comes to the accessibility of our content.
