What do you like best about Certinia PS Cloud?

What do you dislike about Certinia PS Cloud?

I don't see any downside. There are times when an issue arises but FF support has always been helpful and quick to solve it. FF upgardes should be more reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Certinia PS Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it for Professional services and Project management; it is a complete package. It also allows for managing projects, Timecards, Billing, Resources, Reporting and Utilization. Continuous upgrades and improvements make Certnina better and more efficient day by day. PMs are loving workspaces and I am working on to extend workspaces for RM and engineers now. FinancialForce Professional Services Cloud's only downside is that it requires a lot of config and development resources to tailor it to your company's specific needs. However, the fact that you can customise it quickly based on the Salesforce platform's architecture should not be a deterrent! What do you like best about Certinia PS Cloud?

I like the Workspaces, and how they're configured for each of the typical services-related personas (e.g., Project Manager, Resource, etc.). They are highly configurable and ensure that when each person logs in, they land on a view that gives them precisely what they need at a glance. They can navigate easily from a single page, view their most desired reports or dashboard parts, see their schedule, enter time, approve time, and more. Additionally, it's a powerful resourcing tool, particularly for Resource Managers in larger organizations where there's a need to fill requests quickly and efficiently daily. The suggested resource feature, and the many ways you can filter your resources to find the best fit, by skill or certification, for example, are spectacular. What do you dislike about Certinia PS Cloud?

The limitations I see most often are related to the inability to adequately or accurately integrate schedules in Certinia with external tools, such as Outlook Calendar. Additionally, I find that customers do not initially like the Gantt page layout as it can be challenging to find the real estate needed to see all of the columns of data and the Gantt calendar visual simultaneously. What problems is Certinia PS Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

First and foremost, it's getting customers out of multiple systems and giant spreadsheets. It's a singular place to manage projects, resources and customers. It streamlines processes and communication making it harder for essential items to slip through the cracks. There's a more comprehensive and accurate view of data and visibility across the organization for executives and key stakeholders.
