We have had CERVIS since 2000. They gave us 2 hours of personal one to one training when we first started. The training was fantastic! When we had to integrate our current data to CERVIS, is was very easy!
I love how much time it saves me. I used to spend 2 days a month doing statistics (mostly volunteer hours) and now it takes me less than 30 minutes! I checked out the competitors and there was no comparison! It is easy to learn. The customer support is AWESOME, and I use it quite often. The Helpdesk generally gets back to me within an hour or so.
I use CERVIS every day, several times a day. We have about 200 volunteers, except in the summer when we have a teen program that adds another 100 volunteers. I cannot imagine doing my job without CERVIS! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is really nothing I dislike. But there is one thing I have trouble understanding: GROUPS. I would like it if my staff with CERVIS access could see the information about their volunteers who are in the SERVICE projects without having to put those people in groups.
