As a food truck and catering business, we love Connecteam! Our team can sign in from anywhere, which makes things so much easier since we’re always on the move. We especially love the checklists - we really try to live by “inspect what you expect,” and the lists help us carry that out perfectly. I love the time off feature. this upgraded our company tremendously from an excel file that just did not do the job it needed to do. It is so easy to use and implement into the company. We use this every single day. We haven't used integrations yet but we are excited to try that this year. The best feature on Connecteam is the scheduling tool. It has completely streamlined the shift management. Scheduling is always a tedious and time-consuming task that needs to be done. I can easily create and publish schedules, and instructors can see their shifts, request time off, update their availability, and find replacements, all in one place. We have connected Connecteam to Salesforce and are using it as an all-in-one platform when we have Professional Development trainings that we need scheduled. It allows us to send over a session and have our trainers select it if they are available and then we can keep track of their schedules and shifts. It is very customizable and easy to setup. What do you like best about Connecteam?

Getting away from email on staff communication has been a gigantic boon. Typically, emails within our staff require replies, nuance, and confirmation. Separating the communication lines of in-house from outside sources has really improved our ability to engage with our staff and indirectly made reading emails a lot less daunting too. Not having to sort through reply chains is so nice, departmental communications and memos are a couple clicks away rather than a huge headache. Allowing different subscriptions tiers for different features is incredibly convenient when taking a small business budget into consideration. In the end, its the reason we went with Connecteam. What do you dislike about Connecteam?

While I don't blame them, the salespeople tried to sell me on the full version of the product which was not required for my small business. They went as far to say if we didn't purchase the full, much more expensive versions, it probably wouldn't work out. What do you like best about Connecteam?

Firstly, Connecteam is very easy to use, both on the admin end and the user end! I am the assistant manager of our business, so I am able to utilize the back end things - like uploading training information on Knowledge Base, for example; but then I am also able to utilize the things that our normal staff also use - the chat function or time clock. Getting each employee signed up and logged in was super quick - just the click of a button! Second, it truly is something we use frequently. Every single day I am logging in and checking out something on the app. Third, quick tasks are amazing! Instead of texting multiple employees each day different things to do, I can just pop on and put down the tasks I know will need done either that day or that week. AND it's all in one place for everyone to see! So there's no going back to search, or wondering if the employee saw/read it or not. We are still easing into all of the functions, and are working on getting quizzes & courses up for new employees as they are hired! I have only had to use customer support a single time - and thats because they make it so clear & easy to use in the first place, that any issues are mitigated before they even start!
