What do you like best about Convoso?

Calls come through clear and precise. The times that I've had issues hearing someone, was caused by the receiving party. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convoso?

The only gripe I have is with dialing out. If you're on a call, and you need to submit a second call, you need to create a lead with the phone number in order to dial out. I still have yet to figure out how to merge the 2 calls together though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Convoso?

The product is reliable and persistent. Downtimes are extremely rare and quickly resolved. I use daily and it is mostly used as an outbound dialer and I'm never sitting around waiting long for the next call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, I haven't found any negatives. I've been using it for over a year now and there are probably hundreds of users on the same system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
