What do you like best about Convoso?

Convoso has completely transformed how we work! Their predictive dialer is a legit one, it only connects us with the acutual people, which means no more wasting time on dead-end calls. It's way more meaningful conversations and way better conversion rates. This tool has been a total gamer-changer. It's super friendly, set up in a snap, and their support team is always ready to help. We use it every single day for outbound calls, and the features are killer- the predicitve dialer is awesome, the call management tools are solid, and the reporting is so detailed. Plus, it plays nice with all our existing systems. I cannot recommend Convoso enough. Trust me, this is a real deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convoso?

What do you like best about Convoso?

Convoso has been a valuable tool for our brokerage company, which focuses on Medicare Advantage plans. It's user-friendly, with a smooth implementation process, and their support team is very responsive. We can use it daily for our outbound calling, and it has a comprehensive set of features, including a predictive dialer, call management tools, and reporting. What do you dislike about Convoso?

The only downside we have ran into is the limitation on double dialing as the system cannot truly double dial back to back with no delay. However the overall efficiency within the dialer itself helps to offset this limitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Convoso?

The simple Gui interface when you login. two drop downs. one with the campaign/ campaigns you are able to login to and the other with your current status (active, break, lunch, meeting etc. the easy to navigate tabs at the top. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Convoso has really helped boost our team’s productivity. The predictive dialer makes a big difference—it only connects agents when there’s a live person on the line, so we waste a lot less time. While Convoso offers powerful features, there is definitely a learning curve. It took some time to get everything set up the way we wanted, and training new agents isn’t always straightforward. What do you like best about Convoso?

I’ve been using Convoso for a while now, and I just have to say it’s truly a game-changer. The dialer system is incredibly easy to use, intuitive, and packed with all the right features that help me maximize productivity. From automated dialing to seamless integration with CRM systems, Convoso makes it easy to stay on top of calls and keep things moving efficiently.

Voso.ai is impressive, I feel it could benefit from more versatility. Currently, it feels very targeted toward customer service and outbound outreach, which limits its potential. It would be amazing if the platform expanded to support group interactions, such as those on platforms like Discord or WhatsApp, enabling similar automation and engagement tools for community-based or collaborative use cases.
