I've been using their beta "NextGen" as much as possible lately. It does some things great (not limited to 20 timecards per page on the timesheet, can bulk select multiple time entries in a matter if you need to delete a bunch, hovering over an event in the calendar gives you the details) but some things definitely need improvement. I've been using their beta "NextGen" as much as possible lately. It does some things great but some things definitely need improvement. Customization of the fields doesn't work in some tabs. Trying to update timecards constantly pops up shortcuts for adding events or something else, probably because there's no spinning wheel now to tell me it's not ready for me to start typing in a field. Changing the billing rate level on a time entry sometimes doesn't work unless you stop the time entry first.
Trying to connect with support seems to take absolutely forever unless you're just having a quick chat. An agent reached out to me about 2 weeks ago and offered only timeslots between 6 and 7:30 am my time (PST, nothing crazy) and still hasn't offered anything a little later in the day.
