What do you like best about Coupa?

Coupa has been a comprehensive spend-management platform for us. Coupa has made onboarding new suppliers easy. Invoice Smash is a great tool as well which has made our AP process much more simple. PO creation is simple and, most of the time, straightforward. Coupa integrates with our ERP which streamlines our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coupa?

Coupa's implementation took a while and it was not the easiest, but we ultimately implemented it. it does take a while to get used to and getting preexisting vendors onboarded was not the easiest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Coupa?

I love how users find it easy to use and how clean the interface is. I use the plartform every day. This is a best in class platform and it is easy to implement and integrate with other platforms. I also like the data design and how the background tables are set up and configured. Customer support is good and responsive. if issues occur on the coupa end, they are fixed very quickly. What do you dislike about Coupa?

What do you like best about Coupa?

Coupa is very user friendly for me. It is also a great system of record for us as all invoices are held there. It has also integrated pretty seamlessly for the most part into our ERP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coupa?

Sometimes Coupa can be a little clunky. For example, if an approver in an approval workflow leaves your company and no longer has access to Coupa, then the approval workflow moves to "admin" and a system admin must fix it. Additionally, the number of notifications from Coupa are extremely voluminous. Given the volume of notifications I receive, it would be good to only be notified for those that truly require action, or a comment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
