What do you like best about DealHub.io?

DealHub has been the easiest to implement and maintain CPQ product that I have used. The team at DealHub that helped support the implementation were extremely helpful and got us up and running with our initial phase in less than a month. The product was able to support any unique use-cases we threw at it. It is a very flexible product that can support any selling motion. The integration with Salesforce is extremely strong and helps keep all of our reporting up to date.

My sales team finds the product easy to use and DealHub makes it quick and easy to get quotes out to customers. The team enjoys the Deal Room experience for contract execution and collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealHub.io?

As with any CPQ tool, the time and energy of setting up the tool is significant. However, compared to other CPQ Implementations, DealHub was significantly smoother. The only other issue we had was finding all the features which can be a bit buried in the system for someone new to DealHub. The DealHub implementation team was extremely helpful in showing us how to configure these items.

I wish the billing product was a bit further along so we could combine CPQ/Billing under DealHub. Also, the subscription management product requires a lot of setup on their implementation teams end, and should be built as standard functionality within the product.
