Envoy Desks is the easy-to-use hot desking tool for hybrid workplaces. For employees, Desks makes it easy to book a desk for the day or in advance, right from their phone. Employees have the flexibility to choose where to sit, depending on what they need to get done that day. They're automatically assigned a desk when they sign-in for the day, or they can select a different seat from the interactive map in the app. For employers, Desks offers a simple way to ensure teams can collaborate in person while keeping a safe distance. Envoy Desks is designed to support flexibility, especially as capacity and social distancing guidelines are changing. Desks analytics can help optimize workplace layouts by reconfiguring unused space, ultimately reducing the workplace footprint and lowering real estate costs. Analytics can also be used by after-hours cleaning crews to know which spaces to sanitize.

What do you like best about Envoy Workplace?

The best tools of this platform are with its ability and flexibility in arranging workers desk and store the logs of meeting room users and duration. What do you like best about Envoy Workplace?

Envoy is a great program forr a lot of companies looking to optimize their scheduling process. We use Envoy for guest desks and to keep tracking of who is in the office. This promotes safety and attendence reporting, with reports being easy to access. We are looking to use it every day for convenience and tracking. What do you dislike about Envoy Workplace?

The issue we've run into with Envoy is that it is hard to mandate given our current office structure. We cannot force anyone to use it, even with the app making it really simple and convenient to log in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Envoy Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have had an issue in the past of not having enough desks available in the office, and we don't always know who will be coming in or when. This not only presents a space issue, but a safety issue as well. Envoy is able to solve a lot of this by offering employees the option to book a desk in advance. Find room information and availibility from the system quickly and easily has helped our worker to schedule their working time better and make meeting room booking ahead of time. What do you like best about Envoy Workplace?

I love the interactive dashboard designs of the platform that give live-feed insights on my office space like how many worker is present today and if any availibility on the work desk that I can book. Easy to access from desktop or mobile application to view and book meeting room on my office. View the room availibility and how long its is occupied from the online schedule before proceed to book the facility. I use it everyday to for my meeting with client.
