What do you like best about Envoy Workplace?

I really like their deliveries service as it has helped us keep track of mail and deliver it to our employees in a fast and efficient way. It has saved our team time to reallocate to other areas of the business. Another aspect is their people as they have helped us when a urgent matter comes up and always responsive if we have an issue.

Another thing I like is the ability to see who is in the office without having to pull up raw badge data. Helps when we are wondering if somebody is in the office to support them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Envoy Workplace?

What do you like best about Envoy Workplace?

Envoy Workplace has completely transformed how we manage both guest check-ins and internal workspace logistics. The guest experience is incredibly smooth—from the moment someone walks in, the sign-in process is intuitive and polished, leaving a great first impression. It eliminates the friction of manual logging, and our visitors consistently comment on how easy it is to navigate.

But what I love just as much is how easy it makes managing desk assignments and tracking attendance. With a lot of folks travelling for work, we needed a way to keep track of who’s in the office and make hot desking less of a hassle. What do you dislike about Envoy Workplace?

I have some reservations about the pricing structure of certain features—for example, emergency notifications feel like a capability that should be included in our existing plan. We’ve been impressed with how Envoy continues to evolve alongside our needs. What started as a simple visitor management solution has grown into an essential part of our daily operations. We’ve expanded to using it for deliveries, desk booking, and attendance tracking—all thanks to the team’s willingness to listen to customer feedback and build new features that add real value. It’s been great to see our usage grow as the platform continues to innovate. Its very easy easy to setup and use. The support is quick to respond to questions or issues as well. What do you like best about Envoy Workplace?

I use Envoy to book my seat whenever I go to the office. Since I have a WFH role, this has been instrumental in helping the office manager get a head count of who was present on that day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Envoy Workplace?

Functionality. I can see who is all in the office and visitors coming. Although not everyone is using it which is frustrating. I don't know how to send out reminders through the app to get them to log in. If there was a function to remind employees with a link attached then they could just hit that link and log in. What do you dislike about Envoy Workplace?

If I wasn't an administrator I would be able to see as much. When I try to help others they have a whole other view. It would be nice to know what views others have. A manager asked why they couldn't review their own team log-in status. I didn't know how to answer. "Easy software to handle seat booking on hybrid workspace"
What do you like best about Envoy Workplace?

We love using this software to manage seat and room booking directly from our mobile phone application. Since our worker are mostly working off-site, hybrid workspace is the best option to implement on our workspace and user will need to register and book the office facility that they want to use. What do you dislike about Envoy Workplace?
