Best customer service...Prince Foli worked diligently with me for 3 days to help with an integration/software glitch I was having between First Promoter and another platform I use. He stayed with me until all the issues were resolved. He never hurried to get rid of me to move on to the next customer. He was often online every morning long before I was due to the time zone difference. But I always had a message waiting for letting me he was ready to continue our work. Who does that these days? He spent hours and hours working with me. Who does that! He's the only person I've ever worked with who provided this kind of service. I can't say enough kind words about him. I use FirstPromoter for affiliate marketing management, and I must say the experience has been outstanding, especially thanks to their customer support. Initially, I had some difficulties integrating FirstPromoter with Softr, the platform I use for my app.

I reached out to their support team via Live Chat, and they responded quickly and efficiently, answering all my questions and guiding me through the process step by step. After a few messages and tests, they even created a custom script to make the integration work with my app!

I had a technical issue setting up my account for the first time, and Prince spent well over an hour with me until we got it figured out. By the time we concluded, it was past 7 pm his time. I can't tell you how much we appreciate him and FP for creating such an amazing first experience.

There is one minor drawback: the current dashboard and UI/UX could use a little makeover. It's not the prettiest or most intuitive interface out there. However, the good news is that I've heard they're working on revamping the dashboard. It works with recurring payments, Stripe coupon codes and Stripe payment links are the features needed for our company (B2B SaaS). Also, the onboarding support was great. We switched from idevaffiliate where the user support was nonexistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
