I appreciate the ability to connect HubSpot with Jira, which streamlines task management like accounts payable and receivable, and even bank reconciliations, directly from HubSpot. This integration saves me significant time as it allows for task management without shifting platforms. Moreover, having all information centralized within HubSpot is beneficial as it consolidates data between the sales and operational teams, therefore saving time. I found the initial setup of HubSpot Commerce Hub to be difficult and confusing. It seemed like there wasn't a good setup between HubSpot and the systems we were trying to integrate, such as Jira, or maybe HubSpot itself was just slow. This resulted in many mistakes and difficulties in finding information, making the software not very user-friendly. Additionally, I'm frustrated because HubSpot doesn't allow us to use our own email address for sending information to clients. Instead, we have to use the email directions provided by HubSpot, which feels limiting. I also feel that the software isn't as useful or friendly as other platforms we've used, like Front.
