What do you like best about HubSpot Commerce Hub?

I appreciate the ability to connect HubSpot with Jira, which streamlines task management like accounts payable and receivable, and even bank reconciliations, directly from HubSpot. This integration saves me significant time as it allows for task management without shifting platforms. Moreover, having all information centralized within HubSpot is beneficial as it consolidates data between the sales and operational teams, therefore saving time. What do you dislike about HubSpot Commerce Hub?

I found the initial setup of HubSpot Commerce Hub to be difficult and confusing. It seemed like there wasn't a good setup between HubSpot and the systems we were trying to integrate, such as Jira, or maybe HubSpot itself was just slow. This resulted in many mistakes and difficulties in finding information, making the software not very user-friendly. Additionally, I'm frustrated because HubSpot doesn't allow us to use our own email address for sending information to clients. Instead, we have to use the email directions provided by HubSpot, which feels limiting. I also feel that the software isn't as useful or friendly as other platforms we've used, like Front. What I value most about HubSpot CRM is its intuitive, user-friendly design—even for those without a technical background. While HubSpot is an excellent tool overall, I did find some limitations in terms of deeper customization—like adjusting colors or pipeline formats. What I like most about HubSpot Commerce Hub is that it makes the work much simpler because it integrates several things into a single platform. I had no previous experience with this tool, but at the company where I work (Impress SL) they have always used it, and I was surprised at how easy it was to learn to use it. What do you dislike about HubSpot Commerce Hub?

Honestly, I have few complaints about the platform itself; it works very well and is easy to use. The only thing that doesn't convince me is the training part: to complete the certifications, it requires access that the administrator usually doesn't give due to security reasons, and in the end, it becomes impossible to finish them. Hubspot commerce is tremendously intuitive. It is very easy to use and add items or services. Any time I have had questions for concerns they are quick to help me and make implementing a breeze. I use it in every day business operations and was able to integrate it with their help to set my business up with long term success. They continue to add new features that make it something I not only need to use but something I want to use.
