I dislike that sometimes when you try and trade a shift it does not always work, i think it’s a problem with the software or something but sometimes it is difficult to find someone’s name to trade or cover shifts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it is difficult to find a way to make a change. For example, I have employees that are temporary workers. I do not want to delete them, but I would like them to be removed from the list of employees. I cannot find a way to remove employees with zero hours from the list.
