What do you like best about Homebase?

For our use case, this app was a good comprimise between some other offerings that had more features but charged way more for those features. I'm learning that there is a reason for this, this app is not very good when you take into account their support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Homebase?

They were very helpful and interested in my needs prior to signing me up and now that we paid and signed up, its all crickets on their end, They have not replied to multiple customer service requests i've made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Homebase?

I love that it tracks clock in and out for us and makes it into a easy weekly spreadsheet that is downloadable and editable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Homebase because it has easy access on my cell phone or on my desk computer at work. It is also easy and convenent for our employees to utilize their cell phones to clock in and out as many have hybrid schedules since Covid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
