Hotglue has been a huge help in letting us offer all sorts of integrations for order systems and CRMs, which has really opened the door for us to bring on more diverse types of customers. The way you can plug it into your own software so that the authentication flow works smoothly is great. The support they offer is also great. For new connectors there can be a few bugs, but they are always quick to aid in resolving these. Due to timezone differences it can sometimes take a while before you get help when issues occur (we are EU-based), but they tend to resolve issues within the same day. HotGlue helped us handle our biggest objection (CRM integration) fast. Our product demands a deep integration with CRM, and all the other platforms we evaluated did not deliver nearly as much flexibility + control compared to HotGlue.
