What do you like best about Insider?

Insider is a very potent, all-in-one platform that functions smoothly like clockwork. It has proven highly capable and effective for us, and we have witnessed consistent growth in CTR using their Smart Recommender. Revenue from these clicks make up almost 24% of the overall website revenue, so we are quite happy with the growth we have achieved using Insider.

The team has also been very helpful in shaping an O2O strategy that works. The biggest advantage that we have had from using Insider is how we now have to use only one platform to carry out many different marketing functions as opposed to separate individual tools that are hard to keep track of. By eliminating these silos in our work flow, Insider has effectively made our marketing team more productive and efficient.

Insider’s Customer Data Platform has helped us integrate data that existed in silos and bring it into one central location from where we could gain actionable insights to launch campaigns across channels. What do you dislike about Insider?

What do you like best about Insider?

Insider is an intuitive and easy platform — the interface feels very user-friendly, even when managing complex automations. The integration process was quite detailed, but it went smoothly thanks to the continuous support and close follow-up from the Insider team. What do you dislike about Insider?

There are a few areas that could be improved, mainly related to reporting and some usability details. Certain reporting views could be more flexible or easier to customize. What do you like best about Insider?

-We’ve been using several tools from Insider, including Onsite, WebPush, and Smart Recommender. While each tool has its own strengths—and we plan to explore a few more soon—my personal favorite is the Smart Recommender. It has completely transformed the user experience, allowing us to display exactly what our visitors are looking for. Understanding the capabilities of the various tools and using them to their full potential can sometimes be challenging. I especially appreciate the automation features, they save a ton of time and let us deliver personalized messages at scale. There’s not much to complain about. Sometimes I’d like even deeper analytics or easier integrations with other systems, but for our main needs, it handles everything reliably. What do you like best about Insider?

Insider's Smart Recommender transformed our business. With AI-driven personalized recommendations based on each user's browsing history, we saw our AOV soar 3.6X on our website. Its flexible algorithm adapts effortlessly, and insightful campaign data is conveniently visualized in one place, saving us a lot of time. The platform also provides performance data that is insightful and easy to understand. We are able to visualize all of our campaigns and their performances right from one place - the Homepage dashboard, and this saves us a lot of time. Apart from this there are analytics dashboards for each of the products too that gives you an in-depth understanding of how your campaigns are performing. Insider's exemplary Customer Support team should also be mentioned because they provide top-notch strategic support. What do you dislike about Insider?

Insider’s ready-to-use web push templates have been a game-changer. Whether it is sending personalized messages to customers in bulk or running a promotional campaign for a new product launch or informing customers about discounts and promotions or back in stock alerts and more, Insider has it all.

Insider’s Social Proof technology is something that we were looking for to drive more conversions and purchases. The best part of using Social Proof is that all its campaigns are customizable. And because of this, we were able to personalize them to our business requirements. The campaign showed how many website visitors were viewing each of the products and this motivated our users to buy the popular products that were in demand. Using Insider’s Onsite tools, we created a persona-based customer journey that generated six-figure revenue for us each month. Other than Onsite we also used Web Push and Smart Recommender tools.
