As a Product Owner, I constantly work with developers, but as I'm not a dev, or tester, sometimes I don't give enough information for them to understand the bug. I'd love it to be an app that records the sessions of everything you do at your computer, rather than just chrome, but I guess it's complicated to do ir outside of the browser. My husband is working on a video game, so it would be amazing for him to have something like Jam available for when he starts testing the video game with friends and family. After using Jam, you will find it impossible to go back to any other bug reporting method. Having the system operations overlaid on the video recording timeline is an ideal solution. Jam is very very useful tool for anybody who is in the tech world. As a QA lead/Project Manager it has helped me to communicate with my team of developers and managers so efficiently. Overall I have pretty good experience of jam.dev. I use it as a QA to report bugs and it has made our lives easier as it captures console and network which helps developers save time. It is very easy to use and we have asked people in our organization to use it as well.
