Kissflow has been a solid tool for managing our workflows, especially in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. It helps us streamline everything from purchase requisitions to approvals, PO generation, and vendor payments—all in one place. The ability to customize forms and automate approvals has really improved our turnaround time. It’s easy for users across departments to collaborate, and tracking the status of requests is super transparent. it does have a few limitations. The reporting and analytics features could be more robust—custom reports aren’t always easy to configure. Sometimes, the platform feels too rigid for handling more complex or dynamic workflows, especially in the P2P cycle where integration with external systems (like ERPs or accounting software) is crucial. Also, user permissions and role settings can be a bit tricky to manage at scale. Lastly, the pricing can feel steep if you need advanced features or scale up usage across multiple teams.
