What do you like best about Playvox WFM?

The best of Playbox for me is that I get reported if my requestes were approved, like vacation time, VTOs, among some other's, so that gives me a relief that will not have any problems with my paycheck because everything has been reported properly.

Also the tool is really simple and easy to use, very intuitive. The implementation of important information can be interpretated properly. I have to use it on my daily basis to keep track of my work and if something is wrong, the support team will fix it and the information will be integrated and reflected on my end. What do you dislike about Playvox WFM?

The only thing I don't like, is that, at least from my end, if I want to review all my schedules on the overview page, I have to scrolldown all the way if I want to see my schedule for next few days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Playvox WFM?

I love how there are not many errors or issues with the Playvox. I also love how clearly it shows the tasks I need to take care of each day for work. If my scheduele needs to be updated, it is easy and fast for my managment to complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Playvox WFM?

The only recomendation I have is to make the integartion of showing our handle and occupancy rates update quicker. I tend to see some lagging in the update after I have comeplted a task, but it does appear shortly after. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
