What do you like best about Playvox WFM?

I love the ease of clocking in and out for shifts, submitting time off requests, as well as the active time counter to let you know how long you've been in each task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Playvox WFM?

Some bugs with linking to other systems such as Talkdesk. Doesn't always communicate shift changes and sometimes has to be manually entered/adjusted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Playvox WFM?

PlayVox has been working for me like a digital secretary! I know where I need to be, what I need to be doing, and what at what time. I love that I can see a detailed schedule with a week in advance! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Playvox WFM?

I would like to see PlayVox use a 12-hour clock rather than a 24-hour clock for continuity purposes with other technologies. It is on the rare side that a person uses a 24-hour clock, so seeing your schedule on a 24-hour timeline versus everything else that's on a 12-hour clock is a little too much math for in-the-moment fast planning/adjustments.
